I love this sofa. It was easy to put together. My boyfriend did it by himself in less than an hour. The cushions came plush and firm and I like that. I didn't needed to wait for the cushions to rise and fully formed like other sofas. It's comfortable and elegantly stood out in my living room with it's chrome legs. Only thing, I wish the arm cushions had velcro like the seat cushions to keep them in place. The arm cushions keep moving. After having it for one week, received on 8/30/22, I accidentally burnt the "L" side of the sofa on 9/8/22. My candle fell from my side table onto the sofa..OMG, I was crying my eyes out; I now have a hole in the seat cushion and the arm of the L-side of the sofa...I am so sadden and hurt over this damage. I called Amazon customer service and got the manufacturer's number. What makes it worst, I cannot get a hold of the manufacturer. I am trying to figure out if I could purchase a cushion cover and maybe a cover for the arm because they have zipper, so I believe I could replace it. However, I have been calling with no success of speaking to anyone about getting my sofa fix. I hate seeing the damage therefore I avoid sitting on the sofa because I am having anxiety over this. The media could not be loaded. The look of the couch is nice but the comfort and depth is not that great. I’m about 5’10 and I like to sit all the way back but the way the low back support is on the couch it makes it hard, plus the back cushion don’t attach to the couch so they move and it becomes more uncomfortable. The arm rest suck and one of mine actually came broke — I tried to just get that piece replaced and still have yet to get in contact with the correct POC so that I can just replace that vs the whole couch cause you know SUSTAINABILITY. The material of the couch is not good either, it’s soft to touch but if you have pets it attracts so much hair and also shows every thing you spill on the touch and just looks gross. ... show more

Zero complaints, I was worried when the box came pretty beat up. Cushions aren’t flat or creased, easy to assemble, comfy (me and kids slept on it) and well worth the $600 personally.

We've has this couch for about 5-6 months now and has quickly become uncomfortable. It's super slouchy and the back of the couch is too low for anyone above 5'5. The pillows are not fluffy anymore. The legs will tear up your toes if you aren't careful and the springs are making an imprint on certain cushions already. We are looking into purchasing another couch AGAIN. ... show more

surprised i was able to schedule delivery within 2-3 days at checkout, so arrived fairly quickly. I did read through some reviews and wish I would’ve paid more attention to the actual size measurements. In pictures I feel like it looks like a decent size couch but it is very small. I’m 5’2 so I can fit just fine but anyone taller will agree the width of the couch is very small. It came in 1 huge big box, fairly easy to put together. Came packaged nicely, no rips/stains or odor.
