Well is kind of funny, of course the way it is made is not strong enough for a 20 pound little girls decide to jump in this bed! It will brake right away. So, this bed don't have any support in the middle to make it stronger like others bed that I had. So, of course we fix it, because I had all the tools to cut wood and drills and all the carpinter tools, ( I design wall decor that is way I have all this.)So, Instead of putting the little thin piece of wood, I put 5 of the pine wood thick and I put legs, so that bed will be more stable and will be more level because the bed is not all level. The last thing that I want to add is, be sure to use the right bolts to attach the rails because I made the mistake of putting a long one and it went all way thru to the upholstery ,and I have a beautiful hole in there now. So ,you will ask; "why this person give 3 🌟 to this bed," simple, because I couldn't make my self the whole bed with the upholstery, so I have everything done, and I just add extra work to have a better strong bed. Setting everything up took us 2 hours. At least less than If I do a hole bed. I hope this help. I will add some pictures , just in case someone wants to do it too.

I bought this for my daughter. This bed looks very nice. Insteuxtioms could have been more clear and it would have been nice if bolts and screws were labeled instead of everything in one big bag. Overall ita a nice bed and feels sturdy. Great for the price.

Love the finished product. However one of the sides I had to cut down because it didn't match the length needed. So it took longer than expected to get it put together. The boards that are used for the slats kept falling down. Contacted seller and issued a partial refund very quickly.

This bed is still not holding up for my son as we had to buy bigger, sturdier, slats because the ones that came with the bed were way to flimsy. The screws dont hold the bed in place so we have to basically rig it ourselves so he doesnt slide through

Make sure you have 2 people at least to assemble. It took about an hour for knowledgeable people to do it. Box weighs about 100 lbs, so it is sturdy.

First of all, when I began putting together this product I realized that the hole where your're supposed to connect the two padded pieces to create the side of the bed frame, were off by AT LEAST an inch...They didn't align at all. So I reached out to amazon and they connected me with the distributor of this product. I wrote to them explaining my issue and how I wouldn't be able to put together a bed frame successfully with one of the sides off by an inch and that I would need these pieces resent to me so I can finish putting together my bed frame or more my money back. I. Heard. Nothing. Back. I reached out a few times more and then decided I would just have to go to the hardware store and drill in an actual nail so I could at least get some life out of this $150.00 bed frame. So I finally get it put together and THE FIRST NIGHT my boyfriend and I sleep on it the boards that connect with plastic sleeves to reinforce the middle of the bed FELL OUT!!!! We woke up slouched to one side of the bed because so many came out.....To make the matters worse, they literally provided the cheapest piece of wood and wooded legs to be used as the weight bearing center in the middle of the bed frame....My boyfriend and I are two average weighted adults AND THIS FRAME CAN'T EVEN SUPPORT THAT?!!! Eventually I took to the hardware store again... I bought a bunch of nails and I drilled each and every wooded piece into the bed frame so that they wouldn't be able to slip out of the sleeves. As I was doing so, the nail was splitting some of the pieces...again, cheapest wood they could find. We shall see how long this holds up and my guess isn't very long. I'm already searching online for another frame....save your money people, this product IS NOT WORTH IT UNLESS JUST YOUR SMALL DOG IS THE ONE WHO WILL BE USING IT...
