This product is really hard to use. It’s difficult to lock and my product stopped working after 2 days. The key won’t turn the lock. Sounds like one of the pins is stuck. Returning the item for something different.

I like the sturdiness of the product and the tight fit. I am grateful for the 3 adjustmentlengths. Mine is at the max. I don’t like that it scratches my steering wheel when I take take it off to drive. I also don’t like that you need the key to adjust as well. Once you take out the key it won’t move.
