I bought the Panther Armor furniture protectors after my cats decided my couch was their personal scratching post, and I am genuinely amazed at how effective these are. They’re 100% clear, so once they’re on, you barely notice them — but my cats definitely do. The scratching stopped immediately. The sheets are sturdy but flexible, easy to cut to the exact size I needed, and I didn'teven need to use the twist pins. The protector sheets stay exactly where I put them. I also love that the pack comes with multiple sizes, so I could protect several areas at once. Installation was quick, the material is tough, and after a year of use, the protectors still look brand‑new. My couch is safe, my cats are happy, and I’m thrilled. Good product, works great in my opinion

I bought these hoping to keep my cat from clawing at my new couch. She was tempted & I had to chase her a few times. We used this product along the back and around corners. Since it was put on there, she hasn't once tried to claw on it. So I'm considering that a big win. I ordered more to use on some other areas that it says it will work (the wooden windowsills) to keep her from clawing there. It was easy for us to apply.

Update: Ended up taking these off after about 6 months. Nothing to do with the product itself. My cat generally doesn't scratch at the couch still. She'll only go after it if she needs some play time. Again, whether this is protector related or she just doesn't go after the couch who knows. Anyway - still think these are a good product if you need it. She did manage to get a few of the screws out of the couch eventually so something to keep an eye on. Original: So my cat won't scratch the parts of the couch with plastic but WILL scratch the small little parts that don't lol. She doesn't really go after it, she usually only does it when she wants my attention. It took a few times for me figure out the best way to put the screws in but once you get it things go pretty quickly. I will say these are loud, will unstick and become wrinkly. My cat likes to try to bite the screws. It's hard to get them nice since you're putting not stretchy plastic on stretchy material. I originally put some on the ends of the cushions. I took them off after a month or so because I couldn't take the noise it made when I sat down. She doesn't go after the bare parts. I also have plenty of scratching places for her. So whether they work or it's just luck/available scratching places I don't know. Maybe worth the try.

I bought a new couch recently and wanted to protected it from my boy dogs who sometimes like to mark. For the record, I bought the 8 piece Thomasville Lowell modular sectional from Costco. I searched around Amazon for something to be a dog urine shield. After a lot of thought, I ended up purchasing the Panther Armor in 8 pack with one-sided stickiness. The protectors are super easy to apply and the perfect size. It's like a large sticker. They are kind of forgiving if you make a mistake in the application process. I was able to re-apply and smooth out. The protector was pretty fuzzy when I pulled it so I was concerned it would not re-apply well. But it did! I didn't use the pins and don't intend to unless the stickiness dulls from use. There is no creasing, cracking, or distortion around corners. If there is, it's probably your fault. Most of my corners look just like the product picture. My high traffic corner is the one in my review. This is what it looks like a month after heavy use from small kids, adults, and dogs. Of course the protector served its purpose not even 24 hours after application lol. The urine rolled right down and kept my couch safe. I have pointed out the protectors to all my house guests and everyone says it's a great idea and a great product. They also say they didn't notice the protectors until I pointed them out. I wasn't expecting to hear that. I notice them all the time. However, I keep looking at them to see if they are working. I bought the 8 pack because I figured it would cover enough area to test. I like the two sizes because one works for the couch and the others work for the ottomans. I was super happy with my 8 pack so I went back for a 12 pack for more coverage. My 12 pack had a little mistake and was missing a few sheets. I contacted the company on a Friday night at like 9pm. I had a response back in a half hour! Super impressive! They're going to send me the missing pieces. I don't think the 12 pack is going to be enough for my couch lol so I'll probably be purchasing more soon.

Adhesive sheets are extra sticky

I bought these to protect my new sectional from being used as a scratching post by our cat. These sheets are very adhesive and stick very well to the furniture. My cat was afraid of the stick on sheet so she stayed away, which was great. I would not recommend if you have new furniture. When we tried to peel one off it was really stuck on there and it left one portion looking like it has some adhesive on it. Fortunately i was able to get it cleaned and all was well. It seems like a good idea but just not a good option for me personally. It was reasonable priced and it is useful.

Awesome furniture protector

Great service from Panther Armor I ordered the furniture protector from them on Amazon. The merchandise arrived the next day. High-quality protection for my sofa; the only problem was that it was missing the 64 twist pins, which were supposed to be part of the package. I contacted the seller and heard back from them within an hour. They sent out the 64 twist pins, which was all I needed, but they also sent out an entire package of the furniture protector as a courtesy. They care about their customers. I'm pretty happy with the merchandise, and I would not hesitate to do business with them in the future. They are definitely a 5 Star company.
