I picked up the JZONES Carplay Screen to modernize my older car, and it’s been a home run. The first thing you notice is the big screen — the 9" display is bright, crisp, and easy to read even in daylight. Maps, music, and calls all look clean and responsive, and the interface feels snappy without lag. I was pleasantly surprised by how easy the set up was. From mounting it to pairing my phone, the whole process took under 15 minutes, and the included cables and instructions were straightforward. Connectivity has been great. Wireless CarPlay connects quickly when I start the car and stays connected, which makes hopping in and out for errands painless. Bluetooth audio sounds clear, calls are sharp on both ends, and switching between apps is smooth. The 4K dash cam footage looks excellent and the 1080P backup camera adds a ton of confidence when parking — both features feel like premium upgrades for an older model without factory tech. GPS navigation via CarPlay works perfectly, voice commands through Siri are responsive, and the FM transmitter option is handy if you don’t want to mess with your factory wiring. It genuinely feels like I dropped a modern head unit into a car that’s a decade old. I’m very happy with this Jzones 9-inch portable CarPlay screen. The display is large, bright, and very clear, making navigation and apps easy to use while driving. Wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connect quickly and stay stable, and the sound quality through Bluetooth and FM is better than I expected. The 4K dash cam records sharp video, and the 1080P backup camera works perfectly and adds real safety when reversing. GPS navigation and mirror link function smoothly, and Siri voice control is very convenient. The only small challenge was the front camera setup. When mounted on the windshield, the plastic holder piece is slightly visible in the camera view, so it takes some adjustment to get the best angle. Other than that, installation and daily use are excellent. Overall, great value and highly recommended.

Full of bugs. The audio out via either radio or aux cables is scratchy. It randomly disconnects then reconnects from phone even with phone 6” away. Apparently when the memory card fills up you need to put it in a computer to reformat it. Voice texting from it randomly adds the person you are texting name to the beginning of the text, and if you say no when it asks if you want to send, it sends anyway, will also send if you click the no button on the screen. This does not happen on other CarPlay devices. I’ve reached out to support multiple times on all the above issues and have gotten no place but wanted to give them a chance to fix problems before posting review, but between support and the problems I would definitely not recommend. The unit itself is nice and has potential but given the problems I would not buy again.

Installed this device this past weekend in my wife's car. Installation was straightforward and took about an hour (but part of that time was time spent removing a different device's camera, wires, etc.). The result was phenomenal! The screen fired up right away, no problems there. I then checked the cameras and the views were excellent. Then I paired the device with my wife's phone to get Android Auto going, and that went well, too. My wife loves the fact that she now has a full-time map visible and can get directions with a simple instruction to "Hey Google". She also likes the message notification feature since much of the communications in her job are text messages, so she'll be aware when she has messages pending. We'd definitely buy again.
