I have owned this set for a couple months, really wanted to break them in before reviewing! Before their fully stainless steel coated cookware line was released, I originally had one of their granite sets of 5 for about a year or more. These stainless steel are so much nicer. They have a heavy weight in the base, but the handles hold them perfectly sturdy. I love the detachable handles because I cook more in a toaster oven than my actual oven, plus the storage is amazing in our small kitchen. The versatility is just wonderful. They function perfectly like any other stainless steel. The heating is even. Cleaning them is a breeze as there is no nonstick coating that slowly goes away and you do not have to baby the pots and pans and can use the scrubber side of sponges and brushes if you accidentally make food stick.

*update* Wife is pleased, and so am I, and I went and ordered the gold and white set. It's got stainless interior and white exterior. I assume it's some sort of enamel, and lasts long. Pans have the same 600F oven rating. Seem to be the same. One thing to note, when I ordered my first stainless set it was a 10 piece set, and I don't believe it included the plastic lids for food storage. The current listing is for a 12 piece set and does include the extra lids. The gold/white set is listed white in the cart, but gold in item description, seems to be basically the same. I couldn't find the set on carote's website though. Carote also has a new hex non stick similar to a big brand name pan, but if you watch Project Farm, he tested that big brand, and I think the carote, and some other non sticks, and the performance of that new fandangled non stick isn't so great. I personally do not want non stick, so opted for stainless. Anyway, perfect pan, get em while you can. *original* Initial impressions are really good for this set. I ordered the stainless steel set that is stainless steel inside and outside. Cliffs: Pans feel nice and heavy, and the box they ship in is deceptively compact for the weight of it. One lid handle comes attached 2 are in a bag that was nearly misplaced. No nasty rivets for food to get stuck or, or handle welds to fail. Long, I had been looking for stainless, tri-ply, or copper core 5 ply set, without paying the all clad price. I don't want non stick, and I had been looking at carbon steel, and pans with welded handles vs riveted because of the rust and nasty that accumulates around the rivets despite best efforts. I had seen this brand being advertised quite a bit, but always the non stick, wife was looking at new pans too, so I finally got to looking at their offering and when I saw the stainless inside and out set with no nonstick but also the same easily replaced handles, I was sold. I picked the set up for 64.98 That is a steal for steel pans of this weight and quality. (I haven't cooked yet, but that's all technique anyway, and if you burn your food or it sticks, that's on you, not the pan, for not knowing how to cook, or for just plain messing up, I mess up a lot, but I don't blame the tool, unless the tool fails, and this is stainless steel with aluminum core, if it de laminates and fails, or rusts, I will update review, I also don't have an induction burner, so I can't test that)

I recently purchased the AROTE 12pcs Pots and Pans Set, and overall, I’m quite pleased with it! This stainless steel cookware set is stylish and functional, making it a great addition to my kitchen. The media could not be loaded. I was honestly skeptical about making this purchase but the reviews seemed good and there was a promo for $30 off. Well, I got what I paid for. This review is specially for the stainless steel 10pc set. First, these pans are 100% NOT nonstick. I started off seasoning the two pans on high heat with coconut oil to ensure a nonstick finish. I even added avocado oil to fry the egg for safe measure. Well, the moment that egg hit the pan I knew it was gonna stick. Second, the set comes with two detachable handles which I thought was pretty nifty for storage. One of the two handles I received has a loose fit and can wiggle and glide along the rim of pan which I think is a safety concern. These would not pass the one handed flip test. Overall, the set looks pretty and promising. Even the glass lids with silicone rims fit the pots and pans nicely however, that really doesn’t matter because your food will burn and stick to the bottom of the pans and you’ll be spending so much time trying to scrape and wash it all off! This is definitely the most disappointing purchase I’ve made on Amazon. Complete waste of money.

I got these during the prime day sale but the glass lids broke during shipping. They were nice enough to send a replacement immediately! The pans stack well together and are good quality. I like them a lot and the handle is pretty easy to use when you get used to it. I made soup with the biggest pot and I removed the handle to avoid burning the plastic part of it. It was a little tricky at first but you just have to be careful not to burn yourself. I like these pots and pans a lot :)
