I really just needed extra steak knives and liked the colors of these. They are lightweight compared to my expensive set but I use these all the time now. The larger knives are very sharp and easy to use compared to the heavier set. This is a good everyday set of knives.

This is a functional and well designed knife set. I loved that this could fit in a drawer as I have limited counter space and wanted to swap a kitchenaid mixer for my knife holder on the counter. These knives are sharp, easy to clean, and easy to use. A great option!

These are not the sharpest knives that I own, but they are close. For the price, they are great. The storage tray is a little weird, it doesn't really fit properly in my drawers, and the knives tend to fall out. But that's probably just user error on my part, it's nice to have some kind of a holder at least. The variety of included knives is pretty much everything you'd need. Some people may find the color off-putting, but they are knives, who cares what color they are as long as they are sharp? Great value if you need a new knife set!

My late husband always kept our knives nice and sharp. Since he's been gone for 13 years, my chef's knife has started to get dull. So, I ordered this set. I was quite impressed how they looked. I didn't expect the blades to be colored too. They came in a nice black for your drawers with a plastic sleeve for each blade. TBH, I've only used the chef's knife, at this time. I was surprised at how it felt in my hand that the weight of the knife. My old chef knives are light compared to this one. I didn't buy it for the holder, but I think it would make a great housewarming or xmas gift. Not sure how well the edge will hold up, but I really do like them. Highly recommended.

I knew just what I was going to do with this CAROTE 10Pcs Kitchen Knife Set when I got it. The knife caddy really does save space. It fits right in the drawer that is located under my RV refrigerator. I do a lot of cooking in my RV and it is great to have a sharp nice set to use. Just because I am camping and 'roughing it' doesn't mean I need to 'rough it' when it comes to cooking and food preparation.
