I’ve had this scooter for a bit over a month now and I use it to get from home to collage (like 20 mins back and forth) and it’s been pretty good. The ensembles progress was pretty much forth as the instructions say. I do gotta say that the battery drains fairly quick if you have light on, but other than that it’s pretty good. ... show more

Do not purchase this. First off it came with a flat back tire because the tube had a hole in it. Contacted them and it was take pictures so we can see but it's not their problem. Fine, we ordered new tubes. My son used it less than 2 months and the computer/accelerator broke so could no longer be used. Contacted customer service again, take pictures or video of what it is doing. We did that. Then we get told they will send us the part. 1 week later haven't heard anything, so reach out again. Then it's the warehouse doesn't have any in stock. It will be 20-25 days until they have the part but once they send us the part they will refund us 80 for the trouble. Meanwhile I now have to take time off work to run my son to and from work (he's high functioning autistic so still lives at home). After 25 days we reach out again. Now the parts are stuck in customs and they don't know when they'll have them. We can package it up and send it back for a refund. Seriously who still has the packaging after 4 months??? and I am not paying to send it back. Get told they can send us the packaging. Ummm this things was a pain in the butt to unpackage, no way I'm doing that. So now we're on radio silence. Such bull crap!!!!! SCAM PRODUCT AND COMPANY!!!!!!! ... show more

Steer clear! Any mechanical problems and you are on your own. Not sure if the product protection plan would have helped. Customer service asks ridiculous stuff, like send a video or picture?? They should at least make the product to run at least a month!!

I originally bought this for my son, he found the seat to be very uncomfortable and so I bought a different seat and he was happy about that. But the seat pole keeps going down no matter how much I tighten it. Other than that it’s a really good scooter.

Will give it a four or five, if I receive the missing front fender, in a timely manner! btw the color is Noble Gray. 12-23-2024, Discussions with Caroma customer service for three weeks! Still no fender! I believe they are just trying to “stall” any attempts to return the scooter.(Returnable to 1-31-2025(?)). Only time will tell if this scooter will give you “$500” worth of use. However, If I can’t get a missing fender, how can I be assured that I can get/buy parts to keep it usable?(Also, the worth of their 12 month warranty would be questionable.). This appears to be a well built scooter. And they did a great job of packaging it for shipping.(not a scratch on it). AND I think it would meet my needs. However, I withdraw my offer to give it a four or five star review. So, I will fabricate a “shield” to keep the front wheel from slinging mud on me. And hopefully I will get $500 worth of use out the scooter. UPDATE 01-02-2025 Caroma “claims” they shipped missing fender. BUT it “probably” got lost due to the Christmas holidays. LOL They are just stalling to get past the return window! Since this model has just been out since middle of 2024, hopefully the 4/5 star reviewers won’t be wishing they could change their reviews to ONE star! Since I didn’t get the missing fender in a timely manner, my review WILL remain at ONE star! ... show more
