The media could not be loaded. Fun little scooter for cruising around. I have had a couple weeks of riding the scooter and am really enjoying it. Assembly wasn't too difficult, the trickiest was the bolts for the basket but using the provided tools properly helped. I am impressed by the suspension on it and the comfort of the ride. It does feel a bit underpowered on acceleration but get's up to a decent speed. I would recommend this if you want a portable scooter that you can throw in the vehicle and cruise around on. My only criticism is that the battery is not removable for storage.

This electric bike functioned adequately for 6 months before its charging system catastrophically failed, only to reveal the manufacturer’s true colors. When charging the battery recently, the charger indicator turned green once the voltage reached approximately 43.7V, even though the battery level was only around 20%. Despite providing documented proof of my August 2024 purchase (Order #6268), their customer service coldly dismissed my warranty claim with the indefensible excuse that my unit was "not under their system," despite THEIR OFFICIAL WEBSITE guaranteeing coverage for all authenticated buyers. No troubleshooting guidance, no repair options, just bureaucratic stonewalling. The product’s short lifespan would be forgivable if the company showed basic integrity, but their refusal to honor warranties, even with valid documentation. Hopefully the seller will contact me after reading my review.

I'm 202lbs. 70 yrs old. This hauls me around easily, even though it's for my wife whose 50lbs lighter. It is small, but it's made for portability. I'm 5'8", wife is 5'4". So okay for us. If you're any taller I'd say you need something larger. Very quiet motor, and it almost coasts like a bicycle. I have a Hiboy stand up scooter for myself, but I really like this. We've gone 15 miles together and still had battery left. Easy assembly, great packaging. I can't find any reason to complain.

If they tell you set-up in 30 minutes, that may be optimistic. It took me 6-7 hours over 2 days to install, adjust, charge the battery and understand the controls. As is so common, the User Manual was virtually useless, with some vague instructions to adjust the brakes and absolutely no discussion on using the throttle. There was this tip: "In order to prevent your electric scooter from being lost, please take good care of your electric scooter." Thank you for that!! What else? the "padded" seat is hard as a rock; the shock absorbers really aren't effective on such a short wheelbase, so the ride is bumpy. There is no cruise control, so you have to ride the throttle continuously. No problem with moderate hills. The acceleration is amazing! Zero-to-that's-fast-enough in a second. It's very solid and heavier than I thought; you won't be picking it up and slinging it over your shoulder (at least I won't). Well-balanced and easy to ride. The brakes will stop you on a dime. Looks nice. My sense is that it is well-built, but we'll see how that stands up over time. In spite of my criticisms, I'd buy it again! BTW... I'm 77 and the Carmora is perfect for trips around the neighborhood.

The media could not be loaded. I have been riding around on this Scooter now for a few weeks and so far so good 👍 Comfortable ride with nice shock suspension in the rear and front. Helpful with the very many uneven roads and pot holes in NYC. Nice display on the right handle bar. The scooter has 3 speed variations and you can toggle between odometer, speed, time on scooter, & battery power output. Easy to turn on front light by headlight which is bright and adjustable. Rear light also comes on and is bright for night time use and when braking. The scooter sits low to the ground and so does the seat so if your looking for something with a little more height or want to stand this isn't the scooter for you. That said seat is comfortable. Nice basket in the back also. There is light assembly required but comes with all the tools you need. I would recommend investing in some WD40 for maintenance and occasionally checking things like the air pressure in the tires and making sure all your nuts and bolts are tight. Ignition key is a little tricky to figure out and if you attach this to your keys make sure to get a quick release as you have to leave the key in to use the scooter and it's located at the bottom of the platform. You can set it to lock position so don't worry about it coming out - it won't. Overall for the price it's a great purchase.
