The scooter works great and is fun to ride. There is some assembly out of the box but tools were provided and we were able to put it together pretty quick.Is stable and smooth to ride. Is a good price.

The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is likley due to my own ignorance when purchasing it. It looked smaller than it is and it was purchased for my son who isn't very tall. We did keep it because it is super fun for myself and my wife to ride. And believe or not that little basket area has come in handy more than I can count. It picks up speed quicker than the typical Ebikes even though the Ebikes end up going a few MPH faster. It's a nice balanced ride. ... show more

    • Worked for about 2 weeks…
The media could not be loaded. I have had nothing but issues with his bike since we bought it for my son. I purchased it in June. He was able to ride it for maybe two weeks. The first issue was the charger didn’t work. I had to contact the company, wait for them to send it which took about two weeks when the charger came bike was running just fine. My son ran into a bush and damaged the ignition. I pay for the extended warranty through assurion, but they told me I had to use the manufacturers warranty. I contacted Caroma on July 7. I received the replacement ignition on July 21. The company provided me with a video with no sound nor did they let me know which tools I would need. After multiple trips to the hardware store, we were finally able to replace the ignition yesterday. The bike still does not work!! There are no trouble shooting videos on YouTube for this particular bike. This is very frustrating and I am absolutely enraged. It takes very long to get help I pay for an extended warranty that is not helping summer is almost over and my child was unable to enjoy his graduation gift. ... show more
