This scooter came packaged very nicely with minimal assembly, all I had to do was attach the handle bars and we were ready to go! This scooter has 3 speeds low medium and high. Low goes about 5 mph and high at 20 mph. This scooter has a head and tail light that you turn on with one press of the light button and press it twice you turn on some pretty cool side lights. The breaks on this scooter are very responsive. I recommend you drive it slowly at first so you can get used to the breaking. This scooter also come equipped with a bell which is not only useful, but kinda fun too. This is a very nice scooter for cruising around the neighborhood, amd can get you about 20 miles before having to recharge, but if you plan to use it for commuting and are riding it on high at 20 mph, you will only get about 13 miles before needing to recharge. I wish the charge would last longer on high, because i like riding fast. The handle and arm folds down, making it easy to pick up and carry with you, but is a little heavy. So if you don't have too far to carry it, you will be fine. There is a port near the bottom of the arm where you plug the charger in which has a rubber cap to keep water out. Overall this is a very nice scooter for the price. I love it! I wish they could come up with a battery that would last longer on high speeds for longer riding. ... show more

Good solid and well designed scooter.Easy to unbox assemble ,just 4 screws to be set and it was ready. Gave it a good run after charging and experienced all features on flat road along with the top speed ,it was exhilirating as I am first time scooter owner. Did good on a small uphill in my neighborhood. My son also enjoyed it but at a lower speed for now as he is also new and training. Also,couple of my friends gave it a try and enjoyed too. The tires are good quality and battery life is also good for my use but I can enjoy a longer battery life,no doubt about it. I like that it folds and fits in my car,so easy to carry to places. Additionally, I contacted seller/company for a quick question as I missed on one of the steps while installation and they responded promptly with steps and videos which resolved the issue. Overall, happy with purchase and looking forward to lot of fun rides in summer!! ... show more

Amazing scooter. Fast enough to get you where you want quickly but not too fast to be dangerous. Doesn't fold very easily to carry in the sense that you have to lower the handle bar before folding it so it gets past the seat. But it's not an issue for me. I will be purchasing another. I had high hopes for this electric scooter, but it was a huge disappointment. The overall build quality feels cheap and flimsy. Assembly instructions were confusing and parts didn’t fit together well. After a few uses, the scooter started making strange noises and the battery doesn’t last nearly as long as advertised. Also, the ride isn’t smooth — it wobbles and doesn’t feel stable or safe, especially for kids. For the price, I expected way better performance and reliability. Would not recommend. The media could not be loaded. Update- messaged company and they responded within 24 hours. To fix battery issue remove the screws in the floor panel and disconnect the battery and reconnect it and charger will work. We do have to buy another charger though, only worked using our neighbors charger. Scooter came in good condition but the battery is dead. The charger shows it’s fully charged, yet the battery is still at 0% after charging for 8 hours. If you even beep the horn the battery dies. For yesterday and my daughter is now devastated that she can’t ride it. ... show more

So far I love it. Showed up way early was supposed be delivered July 16-18 and received it today. Fairly easy to assemble. Everything was included all the tools nothing was missing or damaged. It had a full charge and so far everything works. Can’t wait to try on the road.
