First things first, take the delivery fee into account. Secondly, Make sure you order the battery and motor that you need, there are several options that look the same. However, with that being said, I've gotten a staggering amount of value out of this scooter. I dealt first hand with customer service, and they left nothing for me to complain about. Despite the language barrier they exceeded anything I could ask of them. My model had a max speed of about 25 mph, but struggled on hills. the battery life was well enough for me to take 3 or 4 hours worth of deliveries in a downtown area. It really is plug and play. All you need to do is charge the battery and you're good to go. I wouldn't leave it plugged in for extended periods while it's charged though. I think that may lead to shortened overall life. This scooter came packaged very nicely with minimal assembly, all I had to do was attach the handle bars and we were ready to go! This scooter has 3 speeds low medium and high. Low goes about 5 mph and high at 20 mph. This scooter has a head and tail light that you turn on with one press of the light button and press it twice you turn on some pretty cool side lights. The breaks on this scooter are very responsive. I recommend you drive it slowly at first so you can get used to the breaking. This scooter also come equipped with a bell which is not only useful, but kinda fun too. This is a very nice scooter for cruising around the neighborhood, amd can get you about 20 miles before having to recharge, but if you plan to use it for commuting and are riding it on high at 20 mph, you will only get about 13 miles before needing to recharge. I wish the charge would last longer on high, because i like riding fast. The handle and arm folds down, making it easy to pick up and carry with you, but is a little heavy. So if you don't have too far to carry it, you will be fine. There is a port near the bottom of the arm where you plug the charger in which has a rubber cap to keep water out. Overall this is a very nice scooter for the price. I love it! I wish they could come up with a battery that would last longer on high speeds for longer riding. ... show more

Good solid and well designed scooter.Easy to unbox assemble ,just 4 screws to be set and it was ready. Gave it a good run after charging and experienced all features on flat road along with the top speed ,it was exhilirating as I am first time scooter owner. Did good on a small uphill in my neighborhood. My son also enjoyed it but at a lower speed for now as he is also new and training. Also,couple of my friends gave it a try and enjoyed too. The tires are good quality and battery life is also good for my use but I can enjoy a longer battery life,no doubt about it. I like that it folds and fits in my car,so easy to carry to places. Additionally, I contacted seller/company for a quick question as I missed on one of the steps while installation and they responded promptly with steps and videos which resolved the issue. Overall, happy with purchase and looking forward to lot of fun rides in summer!! ... show more

I ordered two of these. BOTH BRAND-NEW .. Well, supposed to be. One clearly isn't new, has lots of wear & tear to it. Very disappointed. A rusty scooter is what I received. Yet, charged me full price for a new one. One of the lights on it doesn't work.

This is a great little scooter! However, if you put in the key while it's charging, you will have to pull off the entire sticker on the footrest to unscrew eight screws so that you can reset the electrical system. Huge pain in the butt

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The Caroma electric scooter works really well. I use it a lot and haven’t had any problems. When I accidentally broke the throttle, I contacted them and they sent me a new one for free. Great scooter and awesome customer service!

Although I’m a fan of the product, I’m honestly really upset right now. I cannot retain air in my back tire because the valve keeps getting jammed into the tire. Every single time I try to fill it, I have to use pliers to pull the valve back out. This is ridiculous on a brand-new product. Insurance already told me I’m within the return window — but I didn’t want to go through the hassle of returning the whole thing. I just need the part replaced. But when I went to your website, it’s asking me to pay an absurd price — as if I didn’t just spend nearly $200 on shipping alone. I just need a replacement tire honestly. I paid good money for this, and I shouldn’t be jumping through hoops to fix a manufacturing issue. ... show more
