I ordered two of these. BOTH BRAND-NEW .. Well, supposed to be. One clearly isn't new, has lots of wear & tear to it. Very disappointed. A rusty scooter is what I received. Yet, charged me full price for a new one. One of the lights on it doesn't work.

I love it. Easy assembly. Fun to ride. Fun to ride with a kiddo on it too. The basket is a nice size and deep enough. Good value overall. Brakes are somewhat difficult to get just the right distance from the rotor to keep from rubbing but it just takes patience to get them right. I would make the charging indicator easier to understand. The shipping is the only detractor but that shouldn’t be included in the review of the item. ... show more

Although I’m a fan of the product, I’m honestly really upset right now. I cannot retain air in my back tire because the valve keeps getting jammed into the tire. Every single time I try to fill it, I have to use pliers to pull the valve back out. This is ridiculous on a brand-new product. Insurance already told me I’m within the return window — but I didn’t want to go through the hassle of returning the whole thing. I just need the part replaced. But when I went to your website, it’s asking me to pay an absurd price — as if I didn’t just spend nearly $200 on shipping alone. I just need a replacement tire honestly. I paid good money for this, and I shouldn’t be jumping through hoops to fix a manufacturing issue. ... show more
