This sweet puppy is just what I wanted. It’s comfortable, fast, and just what this 71yo Florida babe needed for her required cool-ness while doing summer condo checks. Last year I rode that scooter with 12” wheels shown with the Corgi in the basket and though it’s small, I never felt safe on it because it’s not dynamically designed for turning corners or curves. The foot pegs were flappy. It seemed like one step up from a senior living scooter. But THIS baby feels more like a motorcycle and the foot pegs are actually longer platforms held in place by two bolts! I can shift weight safely to my feet and legs for more stability. I can also walk it with my feet, making it easier to stop at stop signs. Definitely pass on that 12” wheel thing and get this 20” wheel beast. It takes corners easily, very sturdily made, and you’ll be safer while enjoying the need for speed! I promised my hubby to wear my helmet on this ride and I’m keeping that promise. Did I mention that I’m 71? With that age often goes hip soreness and replacements. Mounting e-scooters can be painful, as it was with the 12”. Lifting my foot onto that pedal really hurt. But not on this baby! Because of how it’s constructed, I can get on this bike nearly pain free. I wish I’d have gotten this one first. I’m very happy with this purchase. ... show more

This scooter has worked amazing for me. I wrote up some pros and cons for a friend looking at this scooter, so I will just put that here. This scooter is a 5 out of 5 for me, but I understand why it might not be everyone's cup of tea. Z20 scooter pros and cons Pros: • Very fast (actually can get 20mph at apox 290-300lbs load) • very comfortable (the seat and foot pegs are perfectly set for me, and the scooter is at that perfect height that when I am sitting, I can walk it forward or backwards on my tip toes) • Good with steep hills (speeds at apox11-15mph @ apox 20° angle) • Good suspension (handles bumpy city streets and sidewalks with no issues) • Very stable and easy to control • Easily upgradable (this scooter uses all standard connectors, so things like replacing control boards, throttle and batteries is plug and play) Cons: • Bad battery life (the battery says its good for 25 miles, but it would likely get 11-12 miles from my test rides • Not a lot of bar space for attaching things (you have to get creative on water bottle holders, bags, and such) • Not adjustable (the bike can't get any taller or shorter and the foot rests are where they are going to be, so if you are too small or too tall for the bike, you need a different bike) Notes about cons • With how easy it is to add an additional battery, and with how short of a commute i have for work, while the factory battery is a con, this is a non issue with upgrading • It is really easy to mod things like saddle bags to fit under the seat frame and get things like handle bar extensions, so also mostly a non issue • While this is the biggest con in my opinion, I personally thing it fits me perfectly, so I wouldn't need to adjust this scooter at all (I am 5'8", 240lbs). As long as you are within the height frame the photos show, I think this bike will be mostly good. But this kind of con is situational and if its your situation, I don't really know a good way to solve it. ... show more

This is great bike … it goes fast and has three speeds . It doesn’t come with a bell. Has a screen telling you how much battery life you have left and how many miles you’re going . Front and rear lights also there . It looks sleek and I’m happy with the purchase :)

It comes almost 75% self assembled and we just had to spend few minutes to assemble completely. After it’s ready, it was very easy to operate and I enjoyed the comfortable ride.
