Although I had no issues with most of the 8 Caroma products I purchased I tried to contact them at least 15 times using up to 6 forms of contact and received nothing but very delayed scripted responses. If you need to make a warranty claim on this $900+ product be prepared to fight a language barrier and absolutely no interest in providing support or listening to or understanding your detailed conversation.
