    • Fast, powerful, and loads of fun!
The first thing that struck me on this scooter was how *fast* it goes! I was actually surprised at the power that it has, even just on the first speed level. This thing really zips! When this arrived, it came incredibly well packaged with loads of padding and even a wooden frame inside of the box for extra support. Pulling it out, it was further secured with foam padding blocks and everything being securely zip-tied together. Assembly for this machine was a breeze! I have assembled several electric vehicles, and this was the easiest by far. I did not even need the manual for the majority of it. The information in the manual is written clearly and concisely, and thoroughly details all that one would need to know. The scooter also came with a very quality tool kit so that one would not need to dig up a single tool to put this together. And the tools are not of the cheap and flimsy sort that usually come with these kits but are actually sturdy and solid and will probably last the life of the scooter. Another thing noted was the nice wide and roomy base for standing on. This felt very sturdy while riding, and the low profile also lends for a lot of stability, in such that I would absolutely not be worried in taking this on some fairly rugged trails. It also has a wide range of adjustability to the seat and handlebars and worked well for my petite 5' frame but would easily accommodate someone over 6' just as well. It also has some fun extras that are very appreciated, like a neat little bell, and best of all a decently sized basket attached to the back. This would be just perfect for zipping up to the market or running some errands around town. The front headlamp is nice and bright, and it comes with several reflectors for added safety. It has a variety of functions on the control panel that will keep track of your overall miles, miles for a specific trip, voltage rating and a timer. And to top it all off, this folds up nicely for easy transport. Toss it in the trunk and take it along for some great adventures! This is such a neat machine! I would absolutely recommend this to anyone that is looking for a fun and affordable way to commute to and from work, run errands, or just zip around out on the trails! ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I will start off by saying in the beginning I had no problems with the scooter, it ran well and got my cousin back and forth to work but only for 2 weeks. The first week we were on vacation and it just set in the box until we got back. All of the sudden mid trip on her way back home it stopped working, it was fully charged the lights were the only thing that was working on it at that point. I have never had a problem getting items replaced from Amazon at all, and I have been a loyal customer for many many years! Amazon put me in touch with the seller of this scooter to try to get a solution. Here is why the zero stars, this seller only got back with me once a day through email and by asking idiotic questions repeatedly. It really felt like they were stalling knowing the return date was coming up soon. I finally got tired of the run around and just returned the scooter through Amazon, but I was only wanting a replacement which is why I couldn't figure out for the life of me why the once a day email questions and this had been happening for a week! Save your time and money and find something different, in case of your item malfunctioning you don't have the same headache I have had! ... show more

Shipping - Lightning fast, got it within 48 hours of ordering. Packaging - packed incredibly well, nothing moving around inside, no scratches or anything on any part of the scooter. Assembly - the scooter comes 90% assembled, all you have to do is put the kickstand, seat, basket, and handlebars on. Less than 15 minutes total. Also includes an entire tool kit with wrenches, screwdriver, Allen keys, and zip ties. Literally everything you need to assemble and maintain. Build Quality - very solid. Not flimsy at all, comparable to other scooters twice the price. Easily adjustable to suit riding position. The fun part - riding this thing is a blast! Smooth power delivery, much better than others I have tried. It feels very balanced. I like how you can adjust the 3 speed settings on the fly. Good stability, feels just as good riding while seated or standing. Bright headlight and taillight for evening cruises. Overall - I love this thing and will try to convince my wife to get a matching one to ride together. It is super simple to use and you just can't beat the value compared to others twice the price. 10/10, would recommend. ... show more

The scooter is well made, easy to assemble. I’m a little concerned about replacing the battery, should it fail. Can’t locate a vendor with the size or specs for this battery. Caroma said they don’t sell parts, and can’t help.

These are amazing scooters !!!! They are great for family fun and family town rides great for all Nd I got a seat that attaches on mine and so my daughter rides with me and still Plenty of power ! Very sturdy ! The kneck of it could be alittle more reinforced , but we welded ours and now they are solid !! But my son is very rough on things my daughters didn’t need there’s welded ! Love these scooters nothing bad to say highly recommend!!!! ... show more

We ABSOLUTELY love them! My husband had huge back surgery at the beginning of summer & They have been a game changer as far as us getting outside, going places, and enjoying ourselves. Our 3yr old grandson enjoys going on “motorcycle bicycle” rides with us. He can easily stand on it in front of me as I wrap my legs around him. He powers it while I manage steering and brakes. He’s already an expert at it! There is plenty of power and the battery life is excellent! I like that there are three different gears so if my grandson is with me & “driving” I can put it in the lower one. Also, the middle gear helps save battery life and you still can go pretty fast. Everything is true to the specs given, as far as how far you can ride and how fast they go… we’ve had no issues! I did have to get slime inner tubes for the tires. I only had flat but we weren’t taking anymore chances. They are pretty fun little scooters!!! ... show more
