PROS & CONS PROS: ▪︎It looks WAY better than the picture. Premium look & build quality(so far) ▪︎Really good torque ▪︎Electronic/disc brake combo is a good idea ▪︎Display is very good and bright ▪︎The signals work with audible ques CONS: ▪︎The description says 36mph. It only goes 15mph. That's infuriating & false advertising. *The only reason I'm not returning it is because it's only a place holder/back-up for my coming EUC. ▪︎The milage says it's range on one charge is 30+ miles but I had to charge it twice with only 27 miles on it. ▪︎No shocks ▪︎The handle-bar rattles when riding ▪︎The light doesn't throw far enough For such a good looking and well built scooter to be limited to 15mph when most go AT LEAST 20mph is lame. ... show more

Lo acabo de recibir hoy y todo se vio increíble desde el empaque muy seguro hasta las piezas muy bien cuidadas, el problema lo tuve al momento de poner la llanta trasera fue fácil colocarlo pero el sonido del disco de freno con las pastillas fue lo que me estreso por casi 40min las instrucciones te dice que hacer en ese caso pero no te enseña como hacerlo no conozco del area de frenos asi que adivinar que debia apretar y de que forma fue dificil ... show more

    • Customer service is no good.
Customer service sucks. They are quick to respond but are not doing what they stated they would do. My replacement part that broke still has not come, and they gave me a fake tracking number.
