The media could not be loaded. I was very impressed with this scooter. It was simple to set up with easy instructions. Took me about 15 minutes to get acquainted with it. I have used the rental electric scooters in big cities and this equally compares to them and is built well. I drove it around the neighborhood and my husband took it fishing at the end of the street. He really tested the max weight limit of 265lb with his fishing gear but the scooter didn't bog down too bad. He said it was a little slow going up and over small hills but it got the job done. Riding is smooth and steady and the breaks work great. I am used to two handle brakes and this only has 1, but that will take some getting used to for me. There is a light for it as well which is very helpful for coming back from the fishing spots at night. He got the scooter up to 16mph and I like that you can change the speed on the handle bars in case the max speed is too much for you. We charged it for a few hours in the evening and it charges quickly. The charging cord is easy to wrap up and take with you too. I belive transporting this scooter will be easy as well as it folds up nicely. Another thing is at night, the light comes on automatically and when you brake, lights flast on the scooter which I feel is a very safe feature. I look forward to taking this scooter to DC in August and saving the money I could have spent on renting the Lime scooters.

I recently bought a $700 E Scooter and love it so much I have been looking for an inexpensive option so my wife and kids can ride with me. TaDaaah! This Caroma E22 PRO so far has been a huge success for the price tag. PROS: -price tag. 179.00 plus 90 bucks shipped puts is well under $300. Deal! -99% assembled. Took under 3 min to unbox and be ready to ride without the need for tools. -headlights. I was worried at first, but the single LED lamp puts out more than enough light for night riding. -light weight. When it is collapsed into storage mode it is light enough for me to carry with 1 hand and the locking mechanism when it is collapsed makes getting it in and out of the car super easy. -adjustable handle bar height. There is about 7 inches of adjustment available with marks on the shaft so you can find your favorite height. -smooth ride. The E22 PRO has a single shock for the rear suspension but the ride actually seems smoother that the ride on my more expensive E Scooter with dual suspension. -cruise control. Another one of the cool options this scooter has. If you reach a speed you like and don't want to hold the throttle you push the cruise control button and you are good! A little tap on the throttle or brake and it turns off. -available colors. It may seem like a silly PRO, BUT... if you have more than one family member you are buying for, color options matter... Just saying. CONS: -Brakes. This unit has a single drum brake on the front wheel. It is not the best for sudden stops and I did have to spray out some sand when one of my kids took it into some deep sand on accident. -The Bell. My wife would have put the Bell as a PRO because it sounds "magical" but the bottom line is that a bell/horn needs to warn other riders/pedestrians, and this one lacks the volume (even though it sounds magical, lol) -power. This scooter has a max weight limit of 265lbs which is great for everyone in my family, HOWEVER, I am 6' tall and about 230lbs and I can tell that this scooter struggles with me on it. Don't get me wrong, this scooter took me up the hill in my neighborhood, and it WAS able to reach the advertised speed of 20mph on flat ground, but it definitely had a hard time. My son however is about 150lbs and he has no trouble zipping up hills or getting the scooter to 20mph. We kept this review at 5 stars because this cool scooter has more features than others that are going for a higher price, and the CONs that I listed aren't worth taking stars away from our review for the price we paid. All in all. For the price, A great light E Scooter for smaller adults. My family is loving it and I can't wait to see how many miles it gets out of a full battery charge. We look forward to buying more in the future so our family of 5 can all go out on an E-venture together.

The Caroma Scooter arrived super fast! Delivery was well protected. The scooter came preassembled and required minimal set up. I charged the scooter as stated in the manual and set up the app. The app and manual allowed easy to function and use of the app and the scooter. The scooter’s design allowed easy maneuvering and comfort on grass, pavement, and pebbles! The sturdy design is well worth the cost!

I bought this product on vacation last year, I wanted to bring it home since I live in another country but the product was damaged after 3 days of use, it just turned off out of nowhere and I had to keep walking. I also asked for a return and they only gave me a NON prepaid label and I had to pay $250 out of my own pocket to send it to them so I could not return it to them, I begged them a thousand times to send me a prepaid label and they never sent it to me. I lost all my money, they did not respond and the damaged skateboard had to be thrown away. Very sad indeed, I do not recommend them at all because to this day they never refunded even half of it.

The media could not be loaded. I was surprised by how sturdy this scooter is, especially at this price. Assembly was very easy, and my roommate had it up and running in under 15 minutes with no tools beyond what came in the box. The ride was smooth. The standing deck is wide and super comfortable. The handlebars are really comfortable to grip and the controls are really intuitive, it's easy to accelerate and brake smoothly. The headlight is very bright, which may be great for road visibility at night (though a bit much for casual park riding). One feature I love is the under-scooter brake light, it’s a nice safety addition that looks cool too. I’ve owned a more expensive scooter before, and honestly, this one holds up incredibly well in comparison. It’s fast, reliable, and has a nice design. I got the blue one and the color is darker than its shown on the picture, which I like. I’d definitely recommend this over some of the higher-end models I’ve tried.
