I'm 70 years old and I need a lot of oxygen when I walk fast but did not want a wheelchair to get around. (Had a clot in my lung and COVID-19) I"m 260 lbs so needed transportation that could take the weight and this one was the best I could find. Energy is great but I only use the 1st gear which is still pretty fast. The scooter does bog down when going up hills. I did buy a backpack for it because one cannot carry something in their hands and drive this thing at the same time. I charged it when I got it and have used it for many short trips and it still has full charge. Family thought for sure I would kill myself with this but it has worked out great. Took it on a cruise and used it for getting around on the ship and on excursions allowing me to cover mile distances easily. A seat would be better but I wanted it to have a small footprint and lighter weight for transporting it. ... show more

My son recently moved out of state to college and needed a scooter for transportation. When the scooter arrived the parts shipped with it- (screws and Alan wrench) were stripped. Luckily we were in town with him and went to a hardware store and replaced all the faulty parts and the Alan wrench. He loved the scooter until this week (2 weeks later) now it's won't work and it's saying EO1 error. He's only riding it to get food and to football practice so he's barely used it and it's already erroring out EO1 and unable to use. I called customer service today in hopes of them telling me i purchased a faulty scooter and process an exchange but no one ever answered. I just processed a return on amazon.     • No suspension makes the ride very bumpy

It’s a nice design handles pretty well it gets a little bit squirrely at the higher speeds and one of the main things is that it doesn’t have any suspension on it witch makes the ride very bumpy and hard lights are very good but the front light is pointing down a little too far so that way you aren’t able to see out in in front of you as much in the fact that it’s stationary makes it hard to adjust the quality of the item is very good just needs some kind of suspension especially for the us customers but man does this thing take off I keep forgetting that it has cruise control on it and will sometimes accelerate on you when you’re trying to slow it down and another thing it only has one disc brake in the back witch i thought was strange if this was American made we all know this wouldn’t fly but that’s just what makes us great as American anyways ... show more

I actually enjoyed this purchase until it just stopped working one day. 3 days short of 3 months, I used as my commuter from the train station to my jobsite and back, approximately 4.5 miles round trip, 4 days per week. I had rode out 133 miles, then for no reason, without warning, it just won't power on anymore. I took it out of my van, where i had it ratchet strapped in an upright position with the kickstand down so it didn't move around, rode it about 300ft from where i parked in the parking ride garage to the train station platform and boarded the train like normal, but when i got off the train it wouldn't power on. Completely dead. I had to carry it 2 miles to my jobsite and was 45 min late because of it. Tried charging it it at written during my shift. When the red light on the power box on the charger turned green I unplugged it and still nothing. Completely dead. So left it at work and had to take the bus home Which took 1.5hrs as opposed to 18 min train ride. Got to the park and ride and drove home and went directly to sleep. When I woke up today my back hurts so bad from carrying it yesterday its taken almost 5hrs before I could stand up straight and that's only possible due to a heavy duty back brace. I still owe 2 payments on that scooter which right now I don't feel like I should have to pay. I do not recommend buying this scooter to anyone now due to my experience. ... show more
