We got this for my mom. Mom is 80 and walks great but when we go to amusement parks like Dollywood she needs a little help. We took her new electric wheelchair rollator this time and the park was easy. Chair is fairly light. It fits in the suv well and is easy to open and close. This chair has fold back leg/foot stands. Easy for me but might be harder for an older person to pinch in tabs and move. Mom is still learning how to maneuver with the electric drive part but is doing better. She Loves the assist function when she is walking. She said it makes walking and pushing easier and gives stability too. I like the assist function when we are going up hills because it’s easier to push her in the chair. On our last visit I started pushing her up hill and almost had to run to keep up. I put the assist in third gear and flew up that hill. A nice gentleman asked if we needed help and I said no sir it’s electric and flew right past him. What a game changer for those who need help but want some independence too.

After trials with several other motorized wheelchairs, I find theadded feature of the motorized walker is perfect. This model, with the foot rests that 'do not need removed 'fits my my needs. Starting at the beginning, .. I was pleasantly surprised that the delivery was several days faster than expected . Although I am a 78 yo handicapped female, I was able to remove the unit from the large boxwith ease within 5 minutes. All battery / motor connections are clearly labeled and already connected. Although everythng was well explained, there there were two occasions where I wanted clarification . I submitted a questions through the email address on the instruction book. WITHIN HOURS I had received a response. Such a kind and gracious response. I'm still getting used to navigating the hallways and around people. It seems to move smoothly and is quiet. I'm looking forward to using it more . AND it's got a great look .. the gold color is very rich looking.

Due to the inconvenience of my legs, I initially relied on crutches to assist with walking. However, long-distance trekking was too difficult for me. So I purchased this foldable electric wheelchair and usually keep it in my car. A few days ago, I also took a train and went on a spontaneous trip. Now that my range of movement has been expanded, I'm filled with joy.
