Very comfortable and a great value since I usually spend hundreds of dollars on boots. Just as good as anything from the expensive boot store. The only complaint I have is they are not waterproof, but they don't claim to be. Just be warned that walking through grass covered in morning due means that your socks will be wet all day. ... show more

What a bargain from Amazon second life…. brand new shoes for half price. This was my second time buying shoes using the Amazon second life. Thanks and hopefully there will be available shoes when it’s time to replace my safety shoes.

I like how these boots feel and the fact that they keep my feet warm and they not the insulated ones. I work in the cold right now and usually i would have to used toe warmers not with these. I have run into one problem is the left boot the inside back of the boot is starting to break or something when i take me foot out but is okay when i put my foot back in. I will come back and increase or decrease the stars depending on how long they last ... show more

For the price, this is a good boot for me. Good fit, easy break in and relatively long lasting.Daily working wear, probably 6-8 months. The relatively flat arch helps my flat feet. I do keep the leather oiled from time to time, and put wet boots on a drier stand at night. Waterproofing is so so. Wet grass you are ok, 1” of water, you are sloshing wet. ... show more

Pros: They fit very nicely. Wore them for two work days and they already feel like they're broken in. A bit lighter than my standard issue USMC steel-toe boots. Very comfortable, almost feel like sneakers. The tread is nice and beefy, and I'm sure would be great for construction workers. I'm a huge fan of the rubber heel protectors. Cons: Not the boots for anyone working with machines that leak oil on the ground. As an aircraft mechanic, I don't feel safe walking on top of planes with these boots. They're not as oil/slip resistant as expected. It was a struggle trying to wash birds today and unfortunately, that's enough for me to regrettably return these boots. I slipped a few times when walking on the always oily hangar floor. My trusty old USMC issued boots do a way better job in that department. I think I'll stick to those for a while.
