  • I don't normally leave reviews however...
Size: 11.5 Color: Brown Oiltan/Black Coated
These boots are the most comfortable, durable boots I've ever purchased. This is my second pair. I work in a freezer warehouse, 12 hours shifts and my first pair lasted 2 years. They have kept my feet warm and dry and forgetting that I'm walking/standing on frozen concrete floors. I highly recommend this boot for outdoor cold weather winter boots or like myself if you work in cold storage warehouse condions. They are a bit bulky but they are solid boots. Feet feel firmly, yet comfortably planted. They also look great, I have received several compliments on my boots people asking what they are and ect.. they are on the expensive side yes I admitt that but to me it's worth it and any other boot is just sub par. This is a PROPER pair of boots ... show more

  • Solid, warm, comfortable boot.
Size: 12 Color: Brown Oiltan/Black Coated
Using these boots for work, they took some time to loosen up and get comfortable. Initially, the heel was tight and hard to get my foot in. After a little over a week of wear, they broke in and became easier to get into. Now they are comfortable, a little wide in the toe box, but there is room for nice wool socks when winter really kicks in. The warmth is great. Nice and cozy in cool weather, and good in cold conditions. I haven't been able to use them in proper snow yet, but in <3" they kept me dry and warm. I got some boot gaiters to wear with them as well, as 10" will only help so much. Solid construction with good stitching. I'm a little nervous of the laces they came with, as they are very thin and light. But replacements wouldn't be too hard if needed. They've held up so far, and the attachment points seem solid. O/A a very solid boot. Very happy with them. ... show more

  • and they are comfortable to hike around in as well
Size: 8 Color: Brown Oiltan/Black Coated
I bought these for winter at our wind site. It kept my feet warm in -20F as long as I kept moving. I also took them hunting this winter, and they are comfortable to hike around in as well. For a smaller person, they're not as lightweight as everyone seems to profess. When you're climbing 300+ ft every day, every little ounce feels like a pound. My only gripe would be that the rubber on the toe has started peeling a little bit, but only the outside edge by the stitching. The black leather (?) has also started cracking around the toe area where it bends. I suppose if I oiled them occasionally it might prevent that, but it's not a huge issue. I just walked through 4" deep mud/water puddles without having any water intrusion - feet are perfectly dry and warm. They're a great boot, very roomy, and comfortable. Didn't really have any break-in period that I can remember. I've been wearing them for the last 6 months and they're holding up just fine. ... show more

  • Excellent Winter Work Boot
Size: 8 Color: Brown Oiltan/Black Coated
I deliver Oil and Propane in Northern New England and I am trudging through the snow and rain and ice on a daily basis and these boots keep my feet fairly warm (definitely warm enough, I do wear Darn Tough wool socks) and dry. I have seen reviews of people complaining about the locking eyelets for the laces and also the back of the boots ripping apart. That has not been my experience. I think those people are not unlacing the boots enough when they remove them and they might explain the back ripping? Like I said I deliver fuel so I’m not digging ditches so I guess if you are digging ditches maybe they wouldn’t perform as well as they have for me but I find that they are rugged and can handle anything I’ve experienced and all while being comfortable for 12 hour days 6 days a week. The break in period was minimal and I didn’t need to treat them with anything for water proofing. The toe box is roomy but not to much and it’s a composite toe so you don’t need to worry about your toes getting crushed. If I had to pick something that I didn’t like it would be that my ice cleats barely fit but they do fit. I wouldn’t wear these in warmer months they are made for cold and snowy/ice conditions. I would also say you may want to go down a half size for a perfect fit. Hope this helps. ... show more

  • Cozy and comfortable in 5 degrees
Size: 9 Color: Brown Oiltan/Black Coated
These are very comfortable and kept my feet warm in a 9 hour shift on a 5 degree weather. Update- started wearing January 22 2025, I have to say these boots are my most comfortable, cozy and lightest work boots I own that are field compliant, and keeps my toes and feet warm in 10+- degree Temps. Very impressed. May even wear into the spring and summer ... show more

  • Best winter boot!
Size: 13 Color: Brown Oiltan/Black Coated
This is the first pair I have had of these and I had no clue what I was missing. They look big and bulky but are some of the most comfortable boots I have ever worn. Well worth the money. Great traction in the snow and shoveling sidewalks in 4 inches of snow and 0 temperatures my feet didn’t freeze like other winter boots I have had. ... show more

  • Great Boots-Great Fit
Size: 11.5 Color: Brown Oiltan/Black Coated
I wanted to give a review on these boots as I am always concerned with buying boots online without the opportunity to try them on. After reading several reviews of these boots on Amazon, I found the positive ones to be very helpful. I've worn these boots ice fishing now for three trips and for a person whose feet get cold fairly quickly, my feet did not get cold at all. These are one of the best boots I have ever purchased. Someone had a complaint about the mid eyelet but this feature is very helpful to me. Basically you tighten the laces up the mid eyelet and they lock in place while lacing up the rest of the boot. The top eyelets are both eyelets and the standard hook type which is quite nice. They're water proof and have 600 grams of insulation which says 1000 gram equivalent-see other reviews for details. I wear a size 11 shoe comfortably but opted for a size 11.5 in the boots to allow for heavy socks and sufficient toe movement, which turned out to be plenty. These are great boots! The only downside that I have is I wish they came in 8" tall as the 10" are pretty tall. Overall, very happy with the purchase!!!! ... show more
