I originally got a size 10 Koolaburra Advay boot, as I wear a size 9.5 shoe. The size 10 seemed really big. So I returned the size 10 . I got the size 9 today, they seem snug, but fit better. Time will tell. Love the look of them, they are quality, and were a good price.

First, I have only worn these around my house because I’m not sure I can keep them. They are super cute and soft, the length is perfect, but a little too wide for my feet. So I tried tightening the laces, thicker socks, and currently waiting on a gel heel insert to see if I can keep my foot from sliding around. I hope the gel heel insert works! I’ll update this once I decide if they stay or go back. ... show more

The shoes are very comfortable. They are true to size. The price for the Kookaburra vs UGG is nice. And shoes are just as comfortable. This is my first time buying this brand but I would definitely buy them again. When wearing them with pants that are boot cut or wide leg, they look just like you're wearing regular UGG boots. But with these You don't have to the bulky boot top under your pant leg/ankle. But they aren't very stylish. If You want comfort (and I do) this is the way to go. But if You want cute and something different than the same look that has been for year, then maybe try something else. ... show more

Mine came with a small hole on the side and the fluff is pulled through it. Upon further inspection, it appears that these are most definitely the shoes that didn't make it out of the factory because of quality and design errors, loose threads, wonky seams, holes, stains, uneven trim and just sloppy errors that they wouldn't be able to sell at the actual stores. The toe box is very wide and I agree with another user or does give a clown shoe vibe. One shoe is bigger than the other. I don't know if I can keep these, there's just too much wrong with them... I ordered size 8, the right foot fits great, the left foots feels like a size 9, although the tag says 8. Extremely disappointed ... show more

Runs true to size. I wear a size 9, purchased the 9. Roomy enough for even thick socks and still comfortable. Kind of heavy, like wearing Timberland boots but much more comfortable. However, I feel like I've had a workout after wearing them all day walking around. They are heavy on my feet. Otherwise, looks good, warm and cozy. But I won't buy again. ... show more
