The media could not be loaded. I was all set to return this massager. While charging it, I kept checking to see if it was charged yet & nothing. Zero power after 7.5 hours of charging. I unplugged it, I was getting it ready to send back & I decided to push the on button one more time, it came on!!! I realized, it has to be unplugged to turn on, once it’s fully charged. While charging the green light was blinking and then would stop. I thought it wasn’t charging properly. But it was probably already fully charged, when it stopped blinking. Way sooner than the seven plus hours. I had previously reached out to customer service and they said charge it six hours. Nothing in the manual has any mention of this. Now for the review, I love this massager! It works great. I get knots in my neck at the base of my skull & it causes pain & subluxations. This massager gets the knots out of those muscles fast. This massager also gets all the neck muscles & shoulder muscles. I posted a video so you can see the width between the rollers and movement of rollers. The massage is intense but you can control the intensity. With both how close it’s pulled towards the neck, and there’s 2 intensity control levels. The heat I do feel but not very much. I’m ok with that because my goal was getting a massager with rollers close enough together for good intensity, that also feels like real hands massaging. This one does that. I’m 5’2 size 8. My husband tried it & he’s six foot an XL and he said it feels good and he likes it too. We’ve both had cervical fusions. It’s also very comfortable to sit in the couch or recline back in a chair and use. It also works great if you’re on the move and want to multi task. I’m very happy with this massager. I won’t be needing that mailing label I printed to send it back. It’s a keeper. It’s made really well and cleans very easily. The only criticism is the owners manual lack of clarity on the solutions page. It’s a excellent massager.

I had low expectations and honestly saved the box thinking it might not work or be like the others I have tried, but I am pleasantly surprised!!! I have bad knots in my trapezius muscles and always need deeper tissue massages! This massager works great! Feels as close to hands as I’ve ever tried! My sister just tried it and said the same!

Im a 5'2" woman, 130 lbs. I LOVE massages and this one is tough at first. I recommend putting a blanket/cloth in between the massager and your neck/back for the first uses. It has two modes but theyre pretty much the same in pressure terms. I was sore at first but like i said, use a cloth in between and it should feel good, like real hands.

I bought this and loved it at first - after a week of regular use (maybe 10-20 minutes/ day) it stopped working, and just whirs. It doesn't move anytime you try to use it anymore. I am returning.
