We suddenly had roof rats get into our attic. We have a pest control company and they came out several times, sealed the holes they could find, and set traps, but they STILL got in. After 3 times, I was giving up. The rat found a new way in and woke us up by gnawing above our bedroom in the early morning. I bought another product that SAID it helped with insects and mice and rats, but that did not work after a few weeks of waiting (not to mention the other one made audible noise that was driving me nuts). I did my research on Amazon and found this product. I was highly skeptical that it would do any different, but I put it up in the attic over a month ago and the roof rats vacated immediately. No more skittering or gnawing. I don’t hear anything either - not even when I was putting it up there. I had to make sure it was on by putting it closer to my ear before I made the climb back down. This product is a freaking godsend. Not even a “pest control” company could do what this did! I highly recommend if you have rats that just won’t quit! Also, we have cats and it doesn’t bother them at all being up in the attic.

There is an opening somewhere in my basement. I know I have a mice problem due to the droppings. With the outdated siding I have around the house, I will not be able to seal the house until I install new siding. I caught some small mice with glue traps but it started getting costly. So, I decided to try this technology. I am glad I did. I know there is no mice around because there use to be many droppings in one spot. Today, I don’t see one. I am able to slightly hear the high pitch sound, but it doesn’t bother me or my dog. Thank you for this product.

I have a small opening to the outside of my garage so little critters would get in. I have this product close to the opening on the floor and so far I have been critter free. As fall is coming, I was concerned they may burrow in my garage and right now I see no sign of that. I am a happy customer and continue to leave this plugged in.

We use this product to get rid of the squirrels that would constantly put debris all over our fire pit area. It was constant cleaning, and we always had acorns all over our gravel area. This has been a lifesaver. Pet safe kid friendly. Truly an amazing product if you want to get rid of any squirrels mice or rats.
