This is a great product. 1st time putting it up takes a little longer than you want to. Do a trail run at home and follow YouTube video. After that it is a breeze. Make sure you fold and store properly. 3 things not a fan of but doesn't deserve losing a star ;). 1. Door entrance is always "zip and unzip" when it is buggy. 2. You need a step ladder to install every time!. I am younger so no issues. I just think of older or "experienced RVer" and them climbing up and down on uneven campsites. 3. After only 2 seasons of use, we already have window hooks where the stitching has let go leaving holes. Also the zipper separated & 5 of the prongs broke off so no longer useable 😔 Very disappointing for the cost after such a short period of time!

This is a wonderful product. I've been enjoying it alot. It was very easy to setup. My only negative comments would be that you have to go outside to roll up or down the flaps for the windows. The other would be the door panel design. Gaining access to go in or out is tedious.

I do love this 21 foot screen room. It was very easy to install and creates so much more space! Very happy over all but I have 2 issues with the door. 1. There is no window on the door like advertised which to me throws off the whole look of it and 2. The door will not zip all the way down. The zipper portion is broken. For how much this screen room costs I was hoping for better craftsmanship and a 100% usable door. But like I said over all I'm happy. Like the ease of installing and take down. However, after three months, 2 zippers lost teeth and a horizontal rip in fabric. These seem to be heavy zippers, yet lost many teeth and unable to zip. Have contacted supplier and yet to hear from them. Very difficult to talk to a person, so sent email contact. Included pictures of problem issues. I will hold back on review until I receive a response from supplier. I could have just gotten a bad room and a replacement may be the answer. This is the person who wrote the review. I have received a very positive and timely response. They are sending us a new room. They apologized for the inconvenience. A great company that stands behind their product. It is a well built room. Also, for those who purchase a vacation'r for the first time, look at utube as the video is very helpful when putting up for the first time. It's easy once you see how it works, but confusing when reading the instructions. After the video, it all made sense. I give them a 5+ rating. John ... show more

    • Poorly designed and terrible instructions

I'm returning this screen room because it is a terrible product. I worked for a tent company and I can tell you this thing is all wrong. First off, it's not 16' - it's 12' and then they give you a small add on strip bringing it to 13'. I assume there's 1 or 2 more add on strips bringing it to 16', but since they don't label anything, I don't know. With all these add on panels, that is way too many zippers for durability or weather protection. Plus they're cheap plastic zippers. Where the panels zip together the trim is not cut to size so it can't zip - there is a 2" gap because the zipper trim is not cut flush. Rather than make various sizes as they claim, they give you a poor solution of these add on panels, and they don't even work. Really? A $1,000 piece of cloth and you can't bother to make different sizes or make it fit snug? Then the bottom isn't sized either - they expect you to fold it to size. Again no weather protection if you have tons of extra fabric at the floor. Plus that invites mold and mildew. I guess it's too much to ask to make it the correct size. I bought it for a specific awning size, but they don't actually make it to fit. Then there are the clips which don't fit to the rail. Booo. Then there are the pieces with 3m tape you're supposed to tape to your rv. No I'm not taping your junk to my $100k rv. The instructions make no sense whatsoever. I've never read such bad instructions and worse diagrams. They don't label the pieces so it's up to you to figure out what is what. It's just a bunch of pieces of cloth but no labels on them at all, diagrmas that don't show anything and wording that makes no sense. The vinyl at the bottom seems heavy enough and the polyester cloth is mid grade tent cloth. Nothing special but should hold up. Unfortunately the execution is awful. They even contradict each other - their instructions say one thing and their official video says the exact opposite. At first I blamed myself, but I'm quite handy and I sure know how to pitch a tent. After fighting to install this thing and then finding out it's not even sized as promised, it's being returned. ... show more

We ordered this for our Thor Motor coach for additional living space. We stay in our RV a week at a time. Currently we are staying in our RV in the winter. It was easy to install and a great addition to our RV.The material is very durable. My husband would like to find the skirt in additional lengths for the rest of our RV. It has helped a lot with the draft we were getting at the door to the RV. We don't have to be stuck inside when it rains, we can actually enjoy the additional space and stay dry. We added an outdoor deck for additional comfort. I would've like to have a clear window to zip on the inside to keep more draft out, I'm sure this was not designed to be used in colder weather. ... show more

The fabric with the zipper for the top of the door ripped right apart on the 2nd day of use. It was barely windy. Other than that it's been ok. Not great. Hopefully we're able to repair the torn fabric. The portion of the tent that meets up with the side of the RV could really be improved. It's nearly impossible to get any kind of tight fitment. I'm considering buying some velcro tape to fix that. If it were half the price I'd give it more stars, but for this price it really should be better quality. ... show more
