It's nice that it has heat and that it switches directions. Wish it was cordless and that the massage part was a little closer to each other to get right on each side of the spine and neck as its a little wider for my small frame. Also, the cord should be a little longer...just a suggwstion. But it works great. Good for the value! ... show more

I hurt my neck so bad my arm was numb to my wrist and down my back to my waist. I ordered this after a few days of relentless pain and it came the next day. I used it 4 times the first day. It hurt really bad because the muscles were so tight but I could tell it was doing a good deep massage. I noticed after the first use that the muscles were not as tight. The next day things were loosening up enough that I could turn my neck. One particularly wonderful thing is with the arm straps, u can position it all around your neck & shoulders easily without stressing out the part that is in pain. I have one of those hand held massagers but can't reach anywhere on my neck to use it when I'm in that much pain. I have shown it to several people and they r all ordering one. Went to get a massage and the masseuse said she just couldn’t get the knots in my back out during the session, so I went and bought this to help - it was a life changer!!! I love that it has a heat option and that it occasionally changes rotation while you have it on. A must have!

I was so excited to receive the massager. I opened it and it looked very nice.A little heavy, but not extreme. When I put it on my back, it would be more or less what you would call a deep massage because the prong parts of it kept digging into my back. I tried to hold it lightly, but it still kept digging into my back. It would be nice as a deep massage, but that is not what I want it because it hurt. I read all the reviews but no one mention about the hurt! Most just complain about the short cord which I have no problem with it. Not sure I’m gonna be able to use it I’m afraid it might bruise me , but good luck to anyone else that’s ready for a deep massage. I went to edit in order to put this in here. I have tried to find a way to contact someone to see if there was a better for someone my age 71 to use, but there is no way of contacting anyone. So I guess I’m stuck with a product that I cannot use Because the ends of the balls of the massager is so big that’s what causes the pain. So if you’re displeased, you’ll have no one to contact so if you buy this product, be sure you want something that’s going to dig into your muscles. ... show more
