Great massager. Is a "VERY" deep shiatsu style massage for low back. I have a very physical job with an hour commute, this helps me be able to get out of the car when I get home (which used to be difficult). The massage is "VERY DEEP" so if you are not used to that it can be uncomfortable. I am used to shiatsu massages and still had some light bruising on my low back initially. Some adjustments to the seat location so I could scoot forward corrected the issue. Highly reccommend. Would give a 5 star if there was an adjustment for intensity. ... show more

I wish it had rolling and a cover as I would say the shiatsu even on lowest is too strong. Overall I would recommend and will just put towel over the massage nodes.
