They work great to communicate with my kid on single track rides and they sound clear. I connected mine to my phone but his I just com to an it seems to work just fine. When we get farther apart we get some static or pops but over all works great. Music comes through good as well. So far we have charged them 1 time and still at 60% battery life after 8 hours of riding. Good volume and sound quality. Works as advertised. Speaker and mic quality are good. I like how spread out the buttons are making it easy to find the one you want and making less miss-presses. Installing it can be easy and hard depending on your helmet. My helmet is an HJC C10 and already had cutouts in the foam for the speakers and wiring. I stuffed most of the wiring under the fabric in the back of the helmet. The speakers sound good, but if you have a louder exhaust, it will be difficult to here especially on the highway with all the wins noise. I haven't tried the riser pads that come with it to push the speakers closer to your ears. This might help, but better quality speakers would probably be better, but I can't justify the price of the higher end Cardos just to get better speakers. This works just fine for now. ... show more

Wow very impressed I bought some high end speakers and a portable amp they sounded good but since I switched to the cardo omg they woke them up ama sounds amazing I haven't even tried the jbl speakers i got the the add on but boy an I happy it's a little tricky hooking up to my carplay though you have to turn the cardo off first connect to carplay then turn it on and it's fine and you can really crank the volume up without distortion I have yet to try a call but so far I've been very impressed was gonna get the better one but this works so good no need and I got it on black Friday so I got a great deal also I live the fact that it's so easy to take off your helmet so you don't have to worry about thieves ... show more
