The V-Series 2 12'x12' by Caravan Canopy Sports is a slant leg canopy designed for personal use. Unlike other entry level models, the V-Series 2 is bolted, not riveted so all of the pieces are stronger and can easily be replaced. The lightweight, steel frame has a cathedral style roof and improved corner brackets to help prevent cracking and extend the life of the canopy. The V-Series 2 is idea for recreational uses such as backyard barbecues, camping, or blocking the sun while sitting on the sideline!. We're on year 2 of this canopy at the beach and quite a bit at home (3+ months as our primary canopy at home). It's taken one tumble (at home) that left two small 1/4" and 1/8" holes on one side ( I never use anchors on it). The sand isn't interfering with operation, it is durable, and provides full shade. The holes are not getting bigger, the legs easily extend, and even the carrying case is surprisingly useful. Though it is harder to put up than other canopies, it doesn't suffer from any of the problems they did, and 2 people can still put this up (1 can under the right conditions and patience). ... show more

Have this tent for around two months now. Setup was easy and it’s lasting ok. I tied it down to my deck so it won’t blow away on windy days which I think is a must if you plan on using it in one spot long term. The top is getting faded from the sun.

Don't buy it. It looks OK. When I assembled it, I felt that the quality of this thing was not very good. Sure enough, it has not been two days, its bracket broke in the rain even the rain is not big. I spent $80 on it that I only used for two days. Waste my time to return it back. Don't buy it

    • Nice Canopy for a Great Price
I needed this canopy for a yard sale so I wouldn't burn to a crisp in the hot sun. It was easy to set up and take down each day/night. My husband and I worked together to get it up. I think it would be a little harder to set up on your own, but not impossible. It took about 5 minutes to get it up and take it down. Fits nicely in the wonderful, ROLLING storage case. What a nice feature, especially for short people like me who couldn't lug this thing around much on their own. I love that I can roll it where I want! We are planning on using this for an outdoor birthday party, as well. I see lots of uses for it in the future. Great price! ... show more

    • Sturdy and easy to set up.
I have tried many brands of pop ups and this one by far is a better quality structure and fabric. It is easy to setup, but much easier to raise by 2 people rather than one. I like the ability to adjust the height so I can put it over the kids sandbox and leave it at my shoulder height. Accidentally left this out one night during a storm. No damage at all, yet a tarp we had setup elsewhere was shredded! The only drawback is in the advertised measurements. READ THOROUGHLY! The legs are slanted and if you measure from the legs you get a 12 foot by 12 foot square, but the actual fabric roof is only 9 feet by 9 feet! This is a huge difference. ... show more

I have a 10X10 and was looking for a little more shade at the beach. I ordered the 12X12, it arrived quickly. To my surprise the legs do indeed spread out to 12X12 but the canopy cover is 9X9. This thing’s smaller then my 10X10. I donated to a local charity to raffle of.

Although I purchased the canopy last year, due to the pandemic I had not had an opportunity to use it until last weekend. We literally took it out of the box and roller bag, pulled it apart and heard snaps. It appears the screws were too tight. The booklet indicates the canopy has a two year warranty. The company will not replace the broken parts although the canopy is less than a year old and there is one week of wear and tear where I've tried to use duct tape to repair the trusses. The following pieces are broken: #8a and 10. The screws may be stripped in part #11. ... show more
