    • Nice Overall replacement radio for my Promaster City
Package came with bezel and radio and all cables needed including a backup camera. I was able to use the existing backup camera, but had to go into the settings and change the video format to NTSC. Also there are the steering guides when backing up, but the camera has it's own backup guide, I am awaiting support to let me know how to turn off the steering guide. The steering wheel controls work. Volume up and down and mute. The included microphone is a lapel style mic, so I opted to order a dash mount microphone separate. The "speak" button on the steering wheel does not do anything and the phone buttons trigger the Bluetooth phone controls (even if in CarPlay). Pairing my iPhone with Bluetooth went right into Wireless CarPlay, and that works great. There are 2 USB inputs, one that sits loose in the dash cavity that you can run somewhere, and an adaptor cable that connects to the built in USB however that one does not provide power as it did, unless I am missing something. The GPS antenna fits nicely in the cavity under the dash "tray". 4 T25 screws (2 under dash and 2 under the liner of the tray) and you can rest it right in that cavity. You need to transfer all the clips and vent hardware over to the new bezel. I ended up having to file the open/close knob openings a little as the knobs were rubbing against them, and I had to file the area for the menu/hazard lights a little bit as the buttons were sticking as well. Other than that, it is exactly what you are paying for - a nice replacement unit to replace the horrible built in radio. Also, if you are in America, you need to go into the advanced settings and change things like temperature from Celsius to Fahrenheit, and other measurements to the proper units. Date and time come from the GPS which is nice. The built in Android applications are a little slow, but I will be using CarPlay most of the time which is smoooooth. ... show more

Installed and works great. Have patience with the install but a majority is plug and play same wiring Far better than the stock radio. And great with CarPlay

Perfect install no modifications needed. The only confusion is which wire to connect to the backup cam it was not labeled.

Installed in a 2015 Ram Promaster City. Everything fit, and the unit came with a plug and play harness premade to fit. If you’re on the fence, buy it, it’s a big upgrade with it supporting android and apply car play
