Heiha is the brand you will receive and the install is pretty easy. As far as the stereo goes and bluetooth connection those all work pretty good aside from the hard to see in full sun screen. My real issues is the apple car play. Been using this for the better part of 6 months now and I finally gave up and bought a more expensive better unit from a name brand. (they say you buy cheap you buy twice and I certainly had to buy twice). The car play is laggy and the touch screen is semi responsive. The worst part is that this unit will randomly freeze mid drive during navigation or even just playing music. The first few times it happened I reached out to the company email and they sent an update that was supposed to fix it. It did not resolve the issue and I dealt with the occasional freezing. I reached out again a couple weeks ago to see if there were any new updates and they just did not respond so I gave up and bought a name brand head unit which is night and day in comparison. Moral of the story is just spend $100 more and you'll have something of much higher quality.

Overall, the stereo works great. Easy to set up and use. Connecting to Bluetooth is super easy. Great connection with no outside interference. I love the rotating colors. Adds a bit of ambience to the dash. The touch screen works great but does need to be cleaned on a regular basis if it is touched a lot. Fingerprints are left visible. I found the microphone to be a nuisance. It's larger than I like. The upside to that size is that you can fold the microphone down so it's not sticking out. The rear view camera is so clear!! It was also very easy to program my favorite radio stations. I would recommend this item!

If you just want to update your old radio cuz your phone doesn't have an aux jack and you're tired of looking at your little phone for GPS, this is the radio for you. If you want good quality hardware, spend the money for it. So here's the two biggest issues, maybe it's just me, maybe not. 1. If the phone is plugged into radio before the car starts, Android auto will not connect. "No phone connected". Sometimes it won't connect at all, if I restart my phone and try again, then it'll work. 2. There's no knob for the volume. And you can't hold the touch screen button down so you have to keep jabbing it and it's annoying. Don't be me, buy a really nice one.

I have decided to rewrite my review, I initially had received a defective radio and upon the customer service reaching out to me, they redeemed themselves and sent me a new one and upon getting it installed and getting everything setup, this radio works phenomenal!!! Customer service is A+ to work with!!!

It was too late to return this. It took a while to get it installed. Did not fit to begin with. I ordered it correctly. The sound is absolutely awful., you can’t see the screen during the day no matter how much you adjust it. It’s worth 15 bucks at the most.

I cheaped out and got something for a used Prius we bought during the pandemic. I thought, "I just need to upgrade the head unit so I can get Apple Carplay". Enter in this thing. It barely does the job, and I wish I had spent the extra money to get a real head unit. Pros: - Apple Car Play works decent (when you figure out how to get it running consistently) - Sound quality is decent Cons: - No dial to turn the volume up or down quickly. I didn't think this would be a huge issue, but there were many times where I wished I could turn the volume down and up on a whim rather than relying on a touch panel. - The head unit software has crashed mid-ride before, and it did not come back on until the car was off and restarted - The dimensions of this head unit does not fit well with the doubled-in faceplate I bought. - Have to let the head unit start up after I start the car before I plug in my iPhone. Otherwise it won't go into Apple Carplay mode. - Feels light, cheap. Almost too light. Overall, I recommend this if you want to throw this into a junker car. Otherwise, save up a little more dough and get a real head unit.
