So far everyone I have been speaking with, says that the audio sounds clear and crisp (even with the A/C or heater on). The recommendation I received was to place the microphone behind the steering wheel. I was skeptical with that placement. Microphone works, I used it as an aux for my car audio...people struggle to hear me even if I place the mic right next to my mouth, but it still works better than one built into the radio.
