Style: Biometric and Handle
First I’ve got to say that I’ve done a lot of online research, going to the big box stores and physically looked at well over 25 portable biometric gun safes. This one provides you with more bang for the buck. Many at the big box stores operated the exact same as this, with enough features and security but, they were typically double or triple the price of this unit. I’ve compared prices, durability, size, security and again, security. This unit by HOLEWOR suits my needs perfectly. The unit is compact yet large enough for larger frames, it’s well built with a welded locking tongue and metal security flanges. Setup was easy and configuring it for my fingerprint was simple and effective. I’ve had several others try their fingers to open the safe and it proved fruitless which tells me about the accuracy of the fingerprint reader. A great price that’s much cheaper than what I had seen at the big box stores plus free shipping and easy returns at Amazon made it a no-brainer. It’s perfect for the trunk or for storage and it comes with well written and easy to understand instructions. It requires 4AAA batteries (included but I replaced with Duracell), it has a built in key lock should that ever be needed plus you can power it through USB-C when the batteries have drained. It is no rechargeable through usb, only used to power the LCD and locking mechanism. This is the best priced unit I e found anywhere and I only purchased one from the gitgo to ensure it meets my need and it sure does. Now it’s time to purchase several more.

I installed this under the seat in my car and it’s been really nice to have. It feels solid, stays hidden, and the included cable keeps it secured to the seat frame. The fingerprint reader opens quickly, and I like having the keypad and key as backups. Compact, convenient, and gives me some extra peace of mind when I’m on the road.

I have three of these cases now. I like their size. Allows for a handgun and anything that you would need to go with them, out two handguns if smaller in size. The fingerprint sensor is quick and accurate. And it's easy to program for code opening as well. Case feels heavy duty but it's not too heavy.

Mounted this in the vehicle console and the installation was straightforward using the included cable and mounting hardware took under 10 minutes with no modifications needed. The biometric fingerprint reader is the standout feature; recognition is consistently fast with no failed reads across multiple fingers registered, which matters when quick access is the priority. Build quality feels solid throughout steel construction with no flex or rattle when the safe is locked, and the locking mechanism engages cleanly every time. The compact footprint fits well in a car environment without taking up excessive space, and the handle makes it easy to carry when moving between the vehicle and nightstand if needed. For anyone needing reliable, fast-access handgun storage in a vehicle without sacrificing build quality, this covers the requirement cleanly.

Good safe for the car. Well built and fits nicely under the seat. Very handy handle for quick retrieval. I've attached some velcro on the bottom. so safe would not slide off. Highly recommend

This small pistol safe is a solid option for keeping a handgun secure while still having quick access when needed. The biometric fingerprint feature works well and makes it easy to unlock without fumbling for keys or remembering a code. The size is compact enough for use in a car, nightstand, or bedside setup, and it feels sturdy for its intended purpose. It’s also portable, which is helpful for travel or moving it between locations. Setup was straightforward, and once the fingerprint is registered, access is quick and convenient. It gives peace of mind knowing the firearm is safely stored but still accessible. The only downside is that the fingerprint sensor can occasionally take a second attempt, especially if your finger isn’t placed just right. Overall, this is a reliable and practical safe for basic security and quick access. Suggestions for improvement: Improve fingerprint sensor consistency and speed Add a backup key or clearer emergency access option Include padding enhancements to better protect the contents

So far works as intended for a basic safe. Beware the security cable is so thin. Thinner than a typical charging cable for a cell phone. Since this will be in a vehicle I will buy a beefier cable and drill a bigger hole if needed. Other that seems like a good safe for the money. BTW the handle is easily removed with for screws. Would have been 5 stars with a better cable.

I love it! I have been putting off getting a secure safe for my firearm. I'm glad I chose this one. I like the idea of three different ways to open it - key, numeric code, or fingerprint. The setup is very easy with the exception of the instructions not indicating where the soft button is located. It's inside, next to the battery compartment. It's a little heavy, which I am fine with that. I like the light and cushion on the inside as well as the extra items such a cleaning cloth, safety cord, screw driver, etc.
