I got this GPS system because I do alot of traveling. I know most folks choose to use their cell phone but I am in the process of doing a smart phone detox and switching over to a basic "dumb" flip phone. I am awful with directions because of reliance on my smart phone and experienced "a dumbing down". I did my unbocing of this item with my step dad whom is familiar with these GPS systems as he is old school. His immediete response upon opening was "Wow, this is really nice compared to all the ones we have". This system has an attractive design and interface and is easy to navigate. Straight out of the box, this had a good quality feel to it. I love the 7 inch screen display. Alot of different settings options on it also. Took a few minutes for it to initially pick up the GPS satellites, but once it did, worked wonderfully. I think it's a very good buy for the price.

Husband is a truck driver. This GPS would direct him to go the opposite direction when my husband knew the rout. He has his GPS on 100% of the time. Returned to get a Garmin

Always wanted a Tom Tom! Im excited to try it. I have opened it and it has a large screen with good quality. Cant wait to set it up and give it a shot. Hoping that it works as well as I hope it does!

This is a very nice GPS. It has a nice screen and lots of options available. I am very pleased with this device. I really like the size of the screen and it is so easy to use. Well worth the money. I would recommend this!!

Perfect for any vehicle. It not only has access for navigation, but also has a radio part along with lots of other features. Super easy to use, comes with attachments to install in your car. Clarity is amazing. Really recommend.

The display is nice and bright and adjustable. The volume is clear and adjustable. The mph isn't always accurate and it has not alerted me to school zones or any of the other functions that I had marked. Directions are consistent and I have had no issues with getting to where I need to be. Would overall recommend this product for a GPS machine in this price range. Does not require any subscriptions to work. Also, instructions on how to mount and adding the sun cover are not included. I had to look back on the Amazon pictures to do it. ... show more
