Contents: (1) 3/4" x 3/4" x 3/4" square camera with attached 18" 4-pin cable (1) 20' long Rca to 4-pin cable (2) sticky mounting pads (4) mini screws (0) (None) instructions. I have a Kenwood DDx57S Double din head unit with a Rear camera RCA input and a trigger wire. The camera came with NO instructions but I already knew how to hook it up. The RCA pulgs into my unit and the little red wire sticking out of the RCA end attaches to the Head unit trigger wire. The 4-pin end attaches to the 4 pin wire of the camera. Then the red/black wire attach to your reverse lights. This is what triggers the back up camera and your head unit. After attaching I found out that the 4 lights around the camera lens turn on when the camera is activated (gear in reverse). But the are not bright enough to do anything. The camera quality is ok at 720p. Not great but enough to see when backing up. However it comes with parking guidelines programmed in the camera. Unlike other backup cameras where you can "clip" a wire to get rid of them, this camera has no such thing. You are stuck with them. My head unit already gives me the option to have or remove guidelines, I don't need them on a camera. Neither my head unit or the camera has the ability to rotate the image so you can only mount this camera "hanging" down. I was going to mount this on top of my hitch receiver so I needed it to be flipped. You cannot rotate the bracket either so no way to flip the camera. So while this camera does work and the cable is long enough, the lack of ability to rotate the camera for different mounting options, the lack of removing guidelines and no way to mirror the image make this 720p camera unimpressive and not of a use to me and my application. ... show more
