This is a good (not great) quality tent for cheap. The carrying case feels durable and the canopy material is pretty good. The braces do not feel as sturdy as the similar canopy I have from Ozark Trail. Another big piece missing is the string/rope to tie it down. It is built into my ozark trail but is missing from here. I had to find some general rope in my garage to secure this to the ground. I wouldn’t trust these ground stakes alone, I would add a rock or something with weight. My ozark trail canopy also can be installed taller than this one. I am 5’11” and fully up the tent comes half way to my head. I’m probably going to add something for it to stand on to make it taller. All in all it is a good tent, just not a great one.

Parties, picnics, vendor stands, or just needing some shade, these are nice to have. What you should know: - This has the same accordion framing as others I’ve used/seen, but this one seems lighter. This makes for easier toting, and setup/takedown, but one should definitely secure the legs to the ground in a high wind environment. No matter the brand, I have yet to see an accordion-framed canopy survive a toppling and I've see one or two blow over...fun times if it's not yours. The accordion-frame design is great for portability, not-so-much for durability. (FYI: A basic set of ground stakes is included, but you may want to opt for something more secure). - Also, another tip is to not let the water "pool in the canopy/tarp field" during rain, as these tend to do. (water heavy...heavy bad for these.) - I wondered about the sturdiness of the angle leg ones compared to the straight leg ones. The legs are angled, though not as noticeable "in-person" as in the pictures. I can’t tell if this is any more or less stable than the straight leg ones, so I don’t really think that it’s a factor. And like any other I’ve used, this one has some play in the frame; just enough to be manageable, but certainly not so much that I'd consider it rickety. Also, the angled legs do provide a little more footprint in case you’re putting this over a vendor table/picnic table, etc. - Sure a two-person setup is easier, but to test it out, I put this up and took it down alone in approximately 5-10 minutes each. The trick is to: 1. Walk around the canopy about 5 times pulling out each corner about 6 inches as you pass it. 2. When the frame is completely stretched out, slide the frame corners up to the top of the legs and lock the corners. 3. Lift each leg and extend it. Again there is enough play in the frame to do this. - The canopy/tarp is okay. I really like the blue color of this. My main and only concern with this rig is the durability and waterproofness of the canopy/tarp. The material is lightweight and thin, and there are pinholes in the tarp field, and along the stitched seems. The underside of the canopy/tarp feels rubbery so maybe there’s a coating to compensate for this. Time (and a rainstorm) will tell, and maybe a aftermarket waterproofing will further help to minimize this, but FYI. Bottom Line: Nice canopy…lightweight and easy setup.

Arrived quickly. This canopy is going to be great for when we go to our sons travel baseball. It’s easy to set up but does require at least two people. The top connects with Velcro and it comes with stakes to secure it to the ground. The included case is nice as well. This should provide plenty of shade on those hot summer days. It’s also pretty affordable.
