Took us 4 hours to set it all up. Definitely need 3-4 people to do it. We tied ours down to supplies we got from tractor supply so it won’t move. Water will come through the top of it’s raining . The poles are fairly sturdy

Top canopy was ripped had to sew it myself as it was already put together so a return was not an option. Didn’t have the correct number of screws and nuts to assemble correctly. Instructions were confusing and unclear. Had it up for less than 2 weeks blew over bent poles no saving it. Crummy tiny ground stakes didn’t keep It down. What a waste of money ... show more

I ordered this after having to get a refund on a similar Gazebo due to it being either lost or never shipped, one of the two. That being said, my refund was processed. Once it posted to my bank, I got on amazon and tried to order the same thing, it was not available. So I ended up ordering this. When it showed up it was missing pieces such as the bolt, nuts, washers, and a few brackets. I went on line to the manufactures website and tried to contact them via phone. However they did not have a phone number listed on the website. The only way they showed to contact them was via email. So I sent them an email, I have not heard anything from them, such as an acknowledgement of the email. So I contacted Amazon and advised them. I was told that i would hear something from them within 24 hours. I had to call amazon back myself 24 hours later and was told they had requested contact from the seller and would have to wait 1 to 3 business. So that being said the Gazebo itself is not bad the frame work is really flimsy and the fabric roof and sides are not very thick. So i my humble opinion don't bother go to your local home depot or lowes store it will make you life so much easier ... show more
