This is my third Canon printer. It's the only brand I'll buy. I have light home office duties for the printer, so it is perfect. I've had larger Canon printers in the fax that included fax, CD label printing, and ADF but they were large. But they've always lasted a good 6 years. This is a more basic printer/scanner. I got it to go with my iMac. Unfortunately my old Canon printer doesn't work with Mac although it is still perfectly good after 6 years. So yes, it's a bit noisy, but it was easy to set up with a wireless connection. Really easy. I did use a youtube video because the included instructions were only for windows. It prints fine, its doesn't require a lot of space like my other Canon and I like the fact that it's white. I've only had it for a week. I am a fan of the separate colored ink cartridges. I have not printed photos yet, but Canon has always done a great job with photos with my other two Canon printers, so I imagine this will do a nice job, too. It is easy to use with the Air Print feature. I would recommend this printer to a friend. ... show more

Needed to replace a big HP printer/scanner/fax. The print head went bad. This printer same price new as a new print head for an old printer. Does OK for what limited work we do. Is not ready at the push of print. Gotta make sure it's turned on, then wait up to a minute for your computer/laptop/whatever to shake hands. ... show more

    • Just installed everything working well Tech support is horrible.

Connection to computer issues. Need to know about installation problem and easy fix... I just purchased the T6320 and set up was pretty easy until connecting to my computer. Tech support was not okay. After I set the printer up to run as a copier which was easy then the instructions said to go to the canon website for connecting to your computer, which I did. The website asked for model and then said to download the driver which then caused an error and said to call tech support available 24/7. I called and the difficult to understand tech person had me read the error then blamed my computer for not allowing the download and said it may be a virus. He then insisted I had to resolve the issue on my computer. This was completely wrong! He gave me no other solutions. He was completely useless. No virus after scanning. Nothing wrong on my end. I had to solve it myself which is also ridiculous. I ask you, why have a tech support if they are untrained and can't do anything to solve simple issues? What I did to resolve the issue... I restarted my computer then used the disk which was in the packaging. The disc took me to the website through a different route and everything installed easily. The tech person never asked me any questions as to whether I used the disc, or how I was going about connecting? He didn't ask any questions about how the website behaved. Just useless. The product is currently working and seems great so far as I used it to scan documents to my computer which was the easiest I've experienced to date. I'm terrified though if I have to use tech support again. It seems as if they are trained to blame the customers computer and not spend any time with you at all. Possibly just the weekend techies... I have no idea... hopefully they are better trained when and if needed in the future. My advice is to just use the included disc for connection to a computer instead of going to the specific web address mentioned in the set up instructions. Enjoy... 4 stars for the product and if it works over time I'd give it 5. Tech support gets a 1 star and probably only deserves the single star because they answered the phone on the weekend. ... show more

    • Very annoying noise, but very Good quality printing

Overall good printer. Super easy to set up, all computers In the house printing with the wireless functionality. Vary similar to the old pixma that lasted 10 years. The only thing I really dislike is the very loud noise it makes when is getting ready to print and turn off. The noise is not during the printing process, is just the set up. Previous pixma we had would do the same but the noise was barely noticeable. This one is so loud I can hear it from other rooms in the house. It gets very annoying. I do like that the tray for printed work opens automatically if you forget to pull it out. The old one did not, so papers would en on the floor... Before powering off, it asks you to confirm if you want to close the tray and reminds you to remove your work. If you hit no, then it stays open so your work doesn’t get damaged. It weights a lot less and takes on a lot less space than the older pixma version we had. I was very happy about that. Printing quality is very good, just like the old one. Ink price is reasonable (other brands were ridiculously expensive). Do note we use it for printing school work as needed and family pictures (we bought photo paper) because I love sending pics to family and friends that live in other countries. I don’t see this as a printer for high volume printing. It is great for what we need. But if you have a need for high volume output with long lasting ink (lower cost per page), then I would not recommend. If you needed for low volume good quality, the I would definitely recommend. ... show more
