100% satisfied. Purchased this with a bit of apprehension due to so many models being sold as international versions and seeing some reviews where the customer felt they were deceived. I have registered my 5d mark iv with Canon so, I can say this a legit USA product with all registered warranties. The Mark iv is, if you are a Canon shooter, a no brainer when looking to advance your equipment into the advanced to professional level, and all options for shooting styles available. Probably the best camera body for a broad spectrum of shooting from sports/action to fine artistic composition, and very good low light capabilities. There are way too many features to cover in an amazon review but, a couple quick youtube searches will find you any info you are looking for. One thing I will say is the implementation of the touch screen, a built in intervalometer, and ridiculous amount of customizations is a game changer for the inquisitive photographer. Believe me I did a lot of research before my purchase. The 5ds, 5dsr, yeah 50 mp sounds so awesome! Actually, these will bring a new level of challenges for any photographer looking for tack sharp photos. 50mp will amplify any and all stabilization issues leaving you wondering if you have purchased a defective product. Those are for specific applications and are not as suited for all round photography. I’m a music photographer and I’ve been shooting on a Canon T6 for years. Honestly I mainly shot on the T6 because I couldn’t wrap my head around dropping so much money on a camera body. But, as my work load increased and I found myself shooting concerts basically full time I bit the bullet and bought the Canon 5D mark iv. BEST decision I ever made. Yes the money hurts, but for my work, it’s worth it. Unbelievable auto focus speed during live events in dark rooms. This camera is tailored for the low light/night time photographer. I am beyond happy with the crisp quality photos I get out of this camera and the amazing video footage as well. The large LCD touch screen on the back is epic too for scrolling and zooming into photos. And touching focusing on the fly and during filming. Going from a crop sensor body to this full frame is an absolute must if you’re serious about your photography or rely on your photos for income. ... show more

Vendor is awesome, my item arrived 6 days EARLY. camera and grip are new, everything was included as stated, and everything works perfectly. I have not printed any shots taken yet, but all functionality is in perfect working order and this "combo" camera & grip saved me several hundred dollars. I am very pleased. * side note- when I purchased a grip for my canon 6D, that grip came with two trays, 1 for a duel battery set up, 1 for 6 AA batteries. This grip for the 5D Mark IV only comes with the duel battery set up. minor detail, I will research cost of new tray for AA's and add info that I find. because AA's are a great fix to dead canon batteries after shooting all day, or especially all night. ... show more

Great camera this far, only complaint is focusing is less consistent when focusing INTO light... for example sunset with a model. However it IS more consistent the rest of the time.

    • A nice upgrade from 5D Mark III
I shoot stills not video so I won't comment on that part. The 5DIV is a nice upgrade from the Mark III. It seems a little lighter and slightly smaller in the hand. The touch screen on back that lets you tap to focus in Live View along with the built-in WiFi and GPS which lets me geotag and throw my pics to a nearby iPhone or iPad put it over the top for me. All in all, it's not a groundbreaking upgrade from the prior model but if you can get one for a good price maybe as part of a bundle, it's worth it. ... show more

This is an amazing camera. I. Have used a Canon. 7D MK II for quite a while and truly love it. I bought this one as a “back up” and fully intended to use it that way until I started to use it. It is a great camera. I felt it was an excellent price along with the pack.
