So when I am at the gym or working out I like to use athletic tape to help support my knee and help reduce the pain and inflammation. I have also used this to tape my fingers to prevent blisters. With some brands of tape, there is a problem with tearing. Some tape has trouble tearing and leads to a lot of frays. I find this annoying because I feel that there isn't a good adhesion to my pre-wrap. With this tape, it tears neatly and has great adhesion! One tip I have is to use some athletic spray glue before using pre-wrap. Then use this tape over the pre-wrap to secure whatever you need! This tape works well both for athletic support and for other purposes like putting your name on your clothes if needed. It is the old school adhesion type of tape that doesn't come of when you sweat and it comes in a nice amount in the role as a good amount of rolls in the package. Very recommended.

This Cannon Sports Athletic Tape is reasonable quality. It is lighter weight (thinner, tears more easily) and the adhesive is not as strong when compared to the name brands we normally buy. The adhesion is good enough and the strength is easily enhanced with an extra layer or three. I like that the rolls are individually sealed in plastic packaging. This makes them great to leave in a gym bag or emergency kit, where they will stay clean until needed. Each roll is individually wrapped so it's easy to take one out and throw one in your sports bag, one in your car, one in your locker if you have one at the gym or school, etc. The adhesion is excellent, and the tape is tough and durable.
