This recliner is comfortable when you break it in. Definitely firm out of the box. For the fabric it's on the cheaper end but not horrible. Feels like a felt fabric. I will be getting a recliner cover for mine to protect it. The color is definitely darker then the pictures but I like it as it matches my other furniture. Now for the size. It's small as my title says. Great for small places like an apartment, camper, bedroom. I'm 5'6" and my feet touch the ground flat when sitting and they hang off at the ankle when reclined. With full recline laying back my feet go to the edge. If your pushing 6' this is not the recliner for you. As for assembly the side parts were little tricky to line up. Overall for the price being under $300 I think its a fair trade off. Hope this review is helpful to those looking at it with concerns.

It was shown as gray color and the photo looked gray but when it came it was blue gray not plain gray as advertised. I contacted the seller and after many many back and forth emails/messages we agreed with a partial refund. It is comfy but firm comfy and not recliner comfy--you don't sink in it. If you lean over the left armrest to reach for something on the floor the chair tends to almost flip over. Wife said she could live with the color but I was ready to return it and thought maybe they will do partial refund which eventually they agreed to do. KEEP PACKAGING BECAUSE THEY WANTED PHOTOS OF the box, why I do not know.

I love my new recliner. This recliner is on the small side but that was what I was looking for. My feet do hang off the end...I'm 5'8 but it's perfect for reclining and watching TV. If you're tall and want a cozy recliner, this isn't it. Also the recliner looks great and the fabric feels good.

Where do I start? I ordered this light grey chair and receives a dark blue/grey or charcoal one. There is a noticeable blemish on the side upholstery that was obviously packed that way because there is no damage to the box. Difficult assembly because of misaligned parts. The back is assembled to the base by sliding raceways on the back over arms on the base. However, the raceways on the back are 19 inches apart while the arms on the base are 18 inches apart. I had to push the arms further apart with a block of wood while sliding the back down. Very poor quality control! Other minor issues, the padding is a bit firm, the upholstery is a bit warm, the chair is made in Vietnam and is not Prime. I should probably give this a 2 star rating but since there is no other rating I'll consider the quality issues an anomaly and give it a 3 star rating. I'm keeping the chair because it's to much trouble to return such a heavy bulky item. However, I can't recommend it.

When I bought this there were no reviews so I went ahead and took a chance on this recliner. I've been looking online for a couple of months for an affordable and comfortable chair that wouldn't break the bank. I just received the recliner today and I'm extremely happy that I took the chance on it. I had it put together within 10 minutes from opening the huge box to sitting on it. Everything on mine lined up for me to put it together by myself with no problem. It is a darker grey than the picture, but for me that was a plus. I wanted a chair with enough padding and support to replace a gaming chair that had neither. It's a bit stiff, but I expected that with any new furniture. Considering that this chair is at a much lower price point than any other recliners I viewed online I can't recommend it enough. If you're on the fence like I was it's a safe bet you'll be happy with it. I personally feel like I got a steal.

This chair is very nice, but it sits and reclines very hard. I am 5 ft 5 and my feet hang off the chair. The fabric is very slippery.

Chair comfortable, but it is almost impossible for me to get the back to recline while seated. I weigh 240lbs and can`t budge it. Can be moved by help.
