First ~ The chair was shipped immediately after purchase. It arrived 2 days before expected. Came in 3 different boxes which made them much easier to handle. All 3 boxes arrived at the same time. Took about 20 minutes to put together. No tools needed! Chair is very comfortable, fabric is soft and seems to be well stitched. I got the dark gray color and it's perfect. It should hide most stains and we have a white cat, so hopefully won't see as much fur! Massage and heat are impressive. Massage is a bit on the loud side, but nothing that would anyone else can hear. Not sure if I'll use them much, but I know they'll be great if I do! It reclines back quite a ways, but not flat. This chair does not rock or swivel and seems very sturdy. A couple of issues....one of the cup holders worked it's way up into the arm of the chair, so you couldn't open it. Easy fix... there are 4 screws on the bottom of the cupholder arm, just remove the 4 screws, pull out the arm section to access the cup holder. Reinsert the cup holder arm and screws and boom, fixed! Also, the chair is very slow to recline, not a huge issue, but it is slow. The footrest is short, I'm 5'7" and the heels of my feet hang off the edge when reclined. Other than that, so far, it seems to be a really nice chair and much better than I was expecting considering I wasn't able to try it out before purchasing. While I've only had the chair one day, I'm fairly confident it'll last. I shopped several local furniture stores, but all the recliners with the features I liked were at priced at least $1,000 to &1,500, but this chair had all the features I liked and was half the price! (Big Win!) End of the day, great chair! I wouldn't hesitate to purchase another one. ... show more

Comfortable, and lots of features. However, it has broken down twice since I got it. There is a cap on the end of the motor, and instead of being made of metal, it is plastic. After two &90+ motor replacements I give up. I didn't get the warranty, a mistake I won't !make again.

This chair is wonderful. Easy to assemble and is perfect. I had to sleep in it after open heart surgery and it was comfortable. It looks super nice and is just as good as the more expensive ones you can purchase.

Bought this chair last minute before having major surgery. It’s a great chair and was much needed and served its purpose. Few things I don’t like is there is a ticking sound when reclining. All legs are on flat even area and everything is tight in the right spots. Also, once reclined you can feel the separation between the chair back and seat, you almost feel like the seat bottom is sliding out from under you. The seat bottom is also on the thinner side. Make your own decision. I read the reviews before I purchased but I am so happy that I got this chair. Needing a recliner following a series medical procedures, this hit all my must haves. The size is perfect but keep in mind you'll need it further out from the wall than some other chairs. The massage isn't used as much as I thought but the heat function is used more than expected. The material is soft and recline function, while slow, is awesome. Even when using the lift function, fully upright as far as it goes, it is stable.     • Not perfect but works for relatively low cost
Positives - it was delivered faster than estimated (six days from ordering and all three boxes arrived in one shipment), it functions as a recliner and lift, comfortable enough, and the heat works well. Negatives - one of the arm/cupholders arrived with the plastic "cup" lifted within the arm so that you cannot pull the cupholder out and use it. The construction is such that you can't just quickly take it apart and press the plastic piece down into place, nor is there space to wedge something up and under to push it down, so that is a 'forever broken' element. One of the arms has a small tear/hole in the fabric along the lines of the fabric (you can see how the fabric weave goes from elbow to fingertip in the images, it is along one of the 'valleys' in the warp). The fabric itself is thin and it will not hold up well for long-term use, but again, compared to the price that quality power-lift chairs are it will do well enough for the short/medium-term while finding something better. ... show more
