This recliner was purchased for a relative. It arrived actually a day earlier than promised. It arrived in three boxes. Read the instructions before assembly. It is fairly easy to assemble and no tools are needed for the assembly. It took two of us to put it together because the parts had to slide in just right into the slots. The relative it was purchased for loves it and said it is quite comfortable and the faux leather looked like real leather. The lift is needed because of mobility issues and works as intended. I was surprised at how sturdy the recliner is. Initially, after the recliner was assembled, I thought I had ordered the one with the cup holders, but I didn't order the model with the cup holders. It's okay because I thought the price was right and had free shipping. Hope it lasts because my relative is really enjoying the recliner.

When I ordered, the chair had a delivery date two weeks out. It came in four days! It was easy to get in the door because it came in three boxes. The arms were a little difficult to slide on because the chair is poofy and you can't easily see the rails but otherwise, easy job for two people. Although the chair looks poofy, it is very firm and comfortable. And it's incredibly quiet. The lift brings you to an almost vertical position which is easy to move from. The faux leather is soft and quite lovely. Very happy with the purchase. Most lift chairs that could accommodate a higher weight were far more expensive.

I knew buying this it would not be perfect but overall happy with my purchase. Shipping was relatively quick, product came in 3 separate boxes. 1 for the base which is the heaviest. 1 for the chair back and 1 for both chair arms. Assembly was very easy to include connecting the wires. I think it took me less than 15 minutes. My only concern with assembly were the arms, they don't feel as secure as they should for a chair that is supposed to support up to 350lbs. I would suggest not pushing too hard out on the arms while sitting. One tip, make sure you have something for under the chair if you have hardwood floors. The feet are very hard and will damage your floors. I had been having trouble finding something for a big person. I'm 5ft 11in and 350lbs right at the cap weight of this product. I fit in the chair comfortably. If I had one gripe on the size, I would say the leg rest runs a little short. I think anyone taller than 5 11 might not be happy with it. Comfort, i wouldn't say its uncomfortable but there is nothing worth writing about when it comes to the comfort. At the price point I knew the "massaging" feature would be lacking. It's more of a vibration than a built in massager but I still find it relaxing. That being said, the vibration can be a bit loud and you'll have to turn up your TV to hear it. The heater in it is nice. It only heats at the base of your back but I feel it works well if you're trying to warm up under a blanket on a cold night. The chair has to be plugged in to recline which I knew buying it. I've only had the chair for a week but no serious issues. I am curious to see how long it will last with it being advertised at a 350lb capacity. I've reclined in it everyday since I got it. The recline movement of the chair is not the smoothest but also not so bad it will be bothersome. Overall very happy for the price. I think the features of a significantly more expensive one at the furniture store are not worth the upcharge. But I'll have to wait and see on durability.

I bought this recliner chair from CANMOV six months ago and I'm so happy with it. It's perfect for big people like me who need some extra support and comfort. It has a powerful lift function that helps me get up and down easily, and a massage and heat feature that relaxes my muscles and soothes my pain. The faux leather is soft and durable, and the USB port and side pockets are very convenient for charging my phone and storing my remote. How did I make this mistake? I thought this was being delivered by Amazon…nope. Now this chair does not work for me and I am not going to be able to return it. Shipping is going to cost more than the chair. no good and I need to return it via a shipping company of my choice- which means I get to pay for the shipping return. Ok what wrong with this chair? Look at one of the reviews where this guy who is large is sitting in it…he hardly fits in the chair. Not for big people, yeah sting enough to life 350 lbs but not wide enough for a big person. Big is not tall - the person needing the chair is 6 foot tall and his feet hang off. The remote maybe the worst. You can’t read what the button markings say. I have 20/20 vision and I can read it sitting in a well lit room. The picture shows the remote as wireless and it is wired The wire is to short and the remote does not reach your lap. It will reach the top of the arm reset but for an older person who’s arms are not as flexible this does not work. Lastly and this is subjective the chair is hard. The center batting of the back rest sticks out further than the lumbar batting or the headrest area and it pushes into your middle back. There are many things wrong about this chair. I had hoped the reviews were fair and accurate on this one but I think not. It was very easy to put together.

First want to start off by saying assembly was a pretty easy, It comes in three boxes and took me about a half hour to build. With that being said, the chair, The heating and the massage functions are amazing. I use them every morning, and the back is super comfortable.. now the bad, the lift and motor function stop working after a month so I can't recline on the chair anymore, the padding on the seat area is not that great. In fact, you can feel the metal bar right where your knees would bend down, and It can get uncomfortable after very long sits.. The chair is also low to the ground so it can be hard getting up sometimes.. this chair is not horrible but you could probably find better
