These chairs are WAY better than I expected. Comfortable, sturdy, easy to put together. On first opening, I thought the frame was crushed (see pic), but no- it’s just slightly angled purposefully. Purchased these chairs in August of 2023. The were fairly easy to assemble. They are also pretty comfortable and attractive. The issue we are having with the chairs is the legs. Several of the legs are loose and there is no way to tighten them up. These chairs are three months old. We should not be experiencing these problems. This is a safety issue. I checked the weight specifications to ensure durability. Yet there seems to be a defect. I have reached out the manufacturer to see how we can solve this issue.
