Really good quality tarp. Weight is heavy. So far used it to tarp bags of concrete and lumber for a reno. No issues with water intrusion. Can you get the cheap blue 6' x8' tarps from the home Improvement stores for $1.25 on sale? Sure....ever had to throw away solid bags of concrete????

This is a 12ft x 10ft tarp that is 14 mil thick. The tarps that I buy locally are usually 9 to 12 mil thick, so this tarp is definitely an upgrade. The grommets are spaced every 20" apart, which is makes the tarp secure for most needs. The grommets held well when we hooked bungee cords to them. I am using this tarp to cover a dog pen in the yard, so that our pet doesn't get wet when it rains. The silver reflective side of the tarp will keep the area cooler in the summer. So far, I am happy with the quality of the tarp. It feels sturdy and substantial. And I like that it is heavier duty than the tarps that I can find locally. I will update this review (only if the tarp has problems) after the tarp has been in the weather for several months, as that is the real test of a tarp. ... show more
