This tarp is made of thick 12 mil material that has been durable and waterproof. It also has nice metal grommets that make it easy to secure the tarp. They haven't come undone like previous tarps I've tried. It was exactly the right size to cover my outdoor furniture when it rains or when I need to store it for the winter.
