I just bought a Camp Chef Explorer for outdoor cooking andI needed some stable cooking space to hold accessory items while using the 2 burner stove. The folding side shelf set was the answer. They were very easy to install, very sturdy, enough space for ingredients, a small pan and some utensils. For larger cooking uses, you might need a separate small table but for 1 or 2 person cooking, a great addition to the camp stove. It folds tight against the burner and installed, fits easily into the stove carrying case for protection and handling. Just got into wok cooking so this whole set up works great. Great two burner stove and the added side shelf set makes outdoor cooking a solid alternative to indoor stove cooking. Highly recommend both if they fit your needs.

I purchased this for our ex-60. It took about 3 minutes to install. Tools and parts come with shelves along with instructions. I have no problem with attaching wind screen now that shelves are in place. Everything fits well. With shelves open, it gives extra area for your needed items. Yes the shelves have a slight angle away from stove to what I think, is to prevent items from rolling to hot edges. When folded up, it gives you an extra working/prep area. When stove is stored in bag it fits just fine in camp chef storage bag. No modifications needed to any parts.

Perfect fit and very sturdy. Does not interfere with wind screen. Only gripe is that it should be standard equipment with the grill system. ***EDIT*** These things work as they should, no issues whatsoever. However, what I did not consider is that they basically prohibit the use of the cover that was bought separately from the unit. Yes, you can fold the shelves over and still use the cover, but that would mean you'd have to remove the wind screen. For me, this would also mean you'd have to remove the optional grill box too. Yes, you can fold up everything, set the grill box on top and still use the cover, but that's not likely to happen at this point. No downgrade on the rating, just FYI.

I just replaced an old camp chef 2 burner stove that had fallen apart from years of use. My old one came with the side tables, but the new one does not. So, I bought these. They are very sturdy, and bolted right on without much difficulty. My only question wasn't answered by the paperwork, so I don't know if these shelves are just painted or it they are powder coated. I think they are just painted, but either way they'll be really easy to clean. I thought they were a little pricey for what they are, but I'm so used to having them when I'm cooking that I just had to buy them.

These shelves are a must for your Camp Chef stove! The holes lined up perfectly, hardware and allen wrenches are included and are good quality. I did think the side tabs where it mounts to the stove could have been a little beefier. The bracket under the shelf works well as a handle on each end when the stove needs to be moved or carried. Very nice accessory, glad I got them!
