Crazy to think a jacket like this was bought in the summer of 2023 for Florida winter& if needed for emergency trips to the north where my family is. The jacket came nicely packaged & was surprised how slim it is for storage & packing, but how heavy weight wise it is. I really like the zipper being covered to help to keep the wind/rain from coming directly in through the zipper. This winter has been colder than normal here, and has been keeping me warm & dry. The first time I wore it, it was raining heavy & very windy. It definitely is waterproof, i dusky get wet at all & protected me from the wind. It fits perfect with room to wear something heavier underneath.The hood is a little big, but it can be removed or allows more room to have another hat on as well. There's also 2 elastic pieces that can be hooked together to fit more snug. 30 degrees today & windy, but this jacket kept me warm. The quality is great! 4 pocket options us nice to have. Can zip the cell up in front zipper & won't have to unzip the jacket to get it out. Great bargain for great jacket! I'm really happy with this jacket.

This coat is perfect!! I gained weight over the last year and none of my coats fit. I wasn't sure what size I would need but I went with large. It fits very well. The coat has soft lining. I wore it today and got a compliment while I was out and about. It keeps me very warm also. I love the color. Today was a cold windy day. I didn't feel any of it. I love the hood and the material. It made me feel good. It is stylish. The hand pockets are good. I had my phone, keys, a lots of receipts. I'm glad I bought it.

I’m going into my second year with this coat. It’s comfy and warm, fits nicely (even over a sweater), and not heavy and bulky. I’ve found Camel Sport to be a good brand. The purple is so pretty! I got a deep red in another style. Lots of compliments on the color and fit. Great in the rain and wind…I stay warm and dry. Went back and forth on a med or lg, but took a chance on the medium. Perfect. Zipper quality is good. Haven’t had, nor do I anticipate, any issues. Great product and good price. Like it as well as my North Face and not as bulky.

I am a middle-aged woman, 5'2", and find since hitting my late 40s that it is hard to get coats/jackets to fit properly in my upper arm area. It does not matter my weight, my upper arms simply started to droop with menopause. I wanted this coat to fit easily over bulky tops like hoodies while I ski, so I sized up one size. It is perfect. Even though I am short, the coat is not too long to ski. It comes to the lower hip/upper thigh. The inside is super warm and soft. The velcro straps around the wrist allows me to adjust on the slopes. I live in Michigan, and this last week we had record cold temps in the negatives. I wore this coat. I have warmer coats, but I really like this one. It washed great. The hood is roomy, but it is not huge. It comes off, but I like that it can be washed with the jacket. I hung it to dry rather than put it in the dryer, but I believe it would dry well in a dryer on low to medium heat. The pockets zip, which is a plus. The zipper has a couple of snaps to keep the wind out, but the coat could stand to have a larger wind flap with more snaps. That is one reason I took away a star. The lining of one pocket had a 1.5 inch hole in the seam. I was able to stich it up by hand, but it was a nuisance. While this coat is not tailored, I did wear it with a dressy outfit at a work dinner, and it looked nice. If you have large breasts, I would size up one size. If you have an average sized chest and no arm flaps, I would suggest you purchase your normal size unless you simply like a larger coat to wear over bulky tops in winter. I would definitely purchase again, and I would gift this coat. If you tend to be cold-natured, I would suggest a heavier coat or dress in layers. I purchased the black coat and it is a true black (not faded even after washing). It was really put to the test this last week and still looks brand new with no snags. I may purchase a second in a different color!

I'm 5'7 and weigh between 123 and 132. I bought a large and it fit alittle loose. I meant for that because of wearing warm sweaters under neather the jacket so I'd say it's true to size. Haven't tryed it out in cold weather yet but it looks like it will be very warm. I live in Colorado so it gets below zero sometimes. It looks to be of nice fabric and is so soft and comfortable. I ordered it in black and it looks like the advertisement. I'm so glad I ordered this jacket. It's not bulky and the arms are perfect. I have a long torso and arms so that was a big plus. You can move in it and it's not confining your movement. I'm very pleased with this order and diffenantly would order it again. We'll worth the money, you won't be disappointed. Update, wore it once and pocket already ripped out. Very thin pockets not good for anything. Taking 1 star away due to that.
