  • Great fit and great for running/walking
Color: Black Size: 9 Wide Women/7 Wide Men
True to size; I am a 9 wide and bought the 9W/7M. They don't have the toe outline which for me was going to be a dealbreaker. I use these to run/walk/sprint; they do not slip/slide off, they are super light and comfy, snug but there's give for wider feet (mine are wide), and way less expensive than barefoot running sneakers. I beat my shoes up quickly and water shoes are a great option that I prefer. I got compliments on them from males and females as well. ... show more

  • Decent water shoes, run large Decent water shoes, run large
Color: Black Size: 14 Wide Women/12 Wide Men
Water shoes I have had in the last are notoriously uncomfortable and these hold up pretty well in comparison. The base of the shoes have small holes to allow drainage and air flow, helping them to air out and prevent swamp foot. Around the foot they fit well and conforms to the shape of your foot due to the somewhat elastic material. The bungee string laces makes it easy to slip on and off and tighten during use. Even with its flexibilty and lightweight aspects, it protects your foot pretty well. You will still feel rocks and other nonflat items as you step on them, but it doesn't cause a distinct point of discomfort. For me, there are a few things that bother me, but they are true for a lot of water shoes. First is the stitching around the heel of the shoe looks kind of like a surger V stitch, which gives to a little bit of a rough stitching. Barefoot and dry, it tends to run the back of my heel which is uncomfortable. The bigger reason for this is probably because they run a full size large. I typically wear a mens 12-13 depending on the shoe, and the size 12 is too large for my foot. Since these have the bottom sole have more rubber material where the toes should be, I can feel my toes offset from where they should be as I walk. So my complaints mostly associate with the fact that it is larger than standard shoe sizes. ... show more

  • Water shoes for wet waves
Color: Dark Blue Size: 10 Wide Women/8 Wide Men
My old water shoes had long since fallen apart and worn through. I discarded them end of last season. So seeing these came up was great. They fit as expected, and have toggle tie laces to tighten up/secure more than just stretch fit. Perfect for river or currents that might seek to pull a shoe off. The material on the top is rather thin, so if in a kayak or something with rough interior you might scrape a foot against, these won't provide much protection there. It does breathe though. The sole does curve up in front of the toes, so there is some protection from kicking something you can't see underwater. They have no real structure, just flexible rubber sole and a thin insole. The sole does have a few small holes on the bottom, presumably to aid water draining, although I could see sand at the beach getting clogged in those. There are three across the toes and three in line from midsole to heel, 3 mm diameter. Would I recommend these water shoes? Yes. ... show more

  • Hiwegers Water Shoes Womens Mens
Color: White-grey Size: 6 Wide Women/4 Wide Men
Hiwegers Water Shoes Womens Mens Pro: The rubber outsole features 3D anti-slip patterns specifically engineered for wet rocks, boat decks, and slippery poolside surfaces Equipped with an integrated drainage system in the sole and a fast-drying mesh upper to prevent that heavy, "soggy shoe" feeling after a swim The elastic, second-skin mesh upper allows for natural foot movement, making them comfortable for yoga, paddleboarding, and light hiking Features an elastic lace system with a secure lock, allowing you to tighten or loosen the fit instantly—even with wet, pruning fingers The flexible collar and pull-tab design make it easy to slide these on and off at the beach without struggling with traditional laces Ideal for "amphibious" days; they transition seamlessly from snorkeling and kayaking to light trail walking or gym training Extremely lightweight and flexible, meaning they can be rolled up or flattened to take up almost zero space in a carry-on or backpack Con: The "barefoot feel" means a thinner sole; while great for grip, you will feel sharp, jagged rocks or large gravel more than you would in a heavy-duty hiking boot Designed for light hiking and water sports; they do not provide the high-level arch or ankle support required for long-distance backpacking or mountain trekking Fine beach sand can sometimes migrate through the mesh and drainage holes, requiring a thorough rinse to get the "grit" out after a day at the shore If the fit is too loose, the mesh can "bag out" slightly when fully saturated with water, which is why using the secure-lock lace system is critical ... show more

  • Comfortable, Quick-Drying Water Shoes That Perform Well Outdoors
Color: Black Size: 7.5 Wide Women/5.5 Wide Men
These Hiwegers water shoes are a great all-around option for outdoor activities. They’re lightweight and flexible, giving that barefoot-style feel while still providing enough protection for walking on rocks, sand, or rough surfaces. The quick-dry material works as expected, shedding water easily and drying fairly fast after use. That makes them especially convenient for activities like kayaking, beach trips, or transitioning between water and land. Fit is comfortable, especially with the wider sizing. They slip on easily and stay secure without feeling tight, and the stretchy upper adapts well to your foot shape. The sole has decent grip, helping prevent slipping on wet surfaces. They’re also versatile—you can use them not just for water activities, but for light hiking, gym use, or even just as casual slip-on shoes. Overall, these are a practical, comfortable pair of water shoes that balance flexibility, grip, and quick-drying performance, making them a solid choice for a variety of outdoor uses. ... show more

  • Good for water activities Good for water activities
Color: Black Size: 12 Wide Women/10 Wide Men
In Florida, I spend quite a bit of time enjoying the natural springs. I always wear water shoes for the walk to/from the car as well as while I'm in the water (some of the springs have a lot of broken shells in the sand). This is a bit more heavy of a pair that some I've had in the past (that were more like socks with a rubber bottom). These are a little bit closer to actual shoes than they are to socks. They are mostly comfortable, although I found that the opening for your foot is a bit tight around my ankles. This is a desired characteristic while swimming, but can become uncomfortable while being worn more in the capacity of actual shoes. They seem to be fairy durable. Construction is less than perfect, but they are constructed well enough that they can serve their purpose well. I think these are best suited for short walking distances with most time spent in the water. Compared to similar water shoes I've purchased, I think the price is on par and fair. I think these are perfectly fine for casual water experiences for the average person. If you plan for rigorous activities that include a lot of foot work, you might want to look at other options. For me and my outings to the springs, these will work great and I think they will last me for a couple of seasons. While they aren't the most comfortable water shoes I've ever had, I am happy with these shoes. ... show more
