The length of the strap was correct, but the piece that slides into your warning did not match the picture, it was a hard plastic. I removed the plastic piece and reinsert it small round rubber piece off of the old strap. I believe that the hard plastic would cause damage to my horny as it was not pliable ... show more

My old one ripped right off. Ordered this one. Had it in two days. Fits right in the slot 100%. Its maybe 8 inches longer that the stock one. This worked out even better. The old one when rolled up hung out a few inches, but flopped around in the air as your driving. This new one being longer. When rolled up I line it up with the camper man door. If your awning pull strap is broken, missing or frayed. This is exactly what you need to replace it. It's extremely easy to install. Just slide it into the groove the old one comes out of.
