Camco 13-Inch RV Awning Straps are designed to replace worn or lost awning straps. It is used on awning arms and other cinching applications and measures 13-inches (L) x 1-inch (W). The straps are adjustable from a 4 ¾-inch diameter to a 3 ¼-inch diameter. Features a metal D-ring and hook & loop material for secure fastening. Includes (2) awning straps per pack.

These work as advertised, its very good quality velcro. It locks up pretty tight with no slipping. I don't really use these as "awning straps" but they get used pretty hard on my hiking pack. i would recommend these.

CAMCO products are made very well, the things I’ve gotten so far anyway. The straps I had were also CAMCO and they lasted years. They went through extreme AZ summers multiple times and also Flagstaff winters. These things are freakishly tough! You’re simply wasting you’re money on anything else.

When we got out new Grand Caravan, it had a console between the front seats which made it impossible to place my four prong cane where I could reach it. Putting it in back of the seat wasn't an option: the puppy chewed on it! Setting it on the passenger side with no passenger meant that a stop or a turn could send the metal handle crunching against the wind. I made a loop of one strap to go over the cane, put the other one perpendicular through that loop, and caught the tail in the glove compartment. Now when I get in, I slip the loop over my cane, and it's secure for the trip. Similarly, I used two of these to create a holder for that same cane on the back of my electric scooter. Cheap and effective way to keep your awning from "auto deploying" while driving down the highway. Found that they last about 3 years or so with uv damage from the sun. Well worth the investment. They also help secure the awning locks when the awning is extended. I have kids that like to pull levers. The awning release is just at their height and could very easily remove a finger if released inadvertently. I wrap these around that lever to lock it shut.
